This is the worst company I have ever worked with.
This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They make promises they can't keep, avoid responsibility, and do not help their customers after they make a sale. You'd do better buying from a junk yard. First, they sold me a car that was a xxx. Then when it broke down, I have been waiting on service for over 2 months when my car just stopped running in the middle of the road still under warranty. When I ask they refer me to Hyundai corporate office who refers me to them AND NEITHER HELP ME. There's only one exception of a young man named Nigel who seems to have genuinely tried to help me. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

The dealer did an up date for a recall on the battery
The dealer did an up date for a recall on the battery system on my brand new car. Then i bring my car home and went out of town come back and my car wont start. I had to call AAA to start the car. I called the dealer who did the update CMA Hyundai of lynchburgh virginia they said to bring it in they would look at it right away. When I got the car started and brought it in i find out right away means whenever they can work it in, could be all day according to the service people who were the same people who said right away. I am a nurse traveler who works all over the country I have no one to drop off the car I have to wait for it. They have no loaners although according to service department but im sitting in the dealership I just over heard a salesman telling a new customer they always have loaners. Well thats a lie! So you broke my car that was running fine i bring it in you install a recall fix on the battery you installed and now i have to wait all day for you to just look at it to see what you broke because you did the update wrong and i had to call AAA just to get it here because the extra service warranty that covers on the road service is no good. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR! Or purchase it from here for sure. My car is 1year and 8months old with 25,000 miles on it!! Worst service and car i have ever had. It will leave you on the road and never service it here…and they are rude about it.

The service department requires a month to get an
The service department requires a month to get an appointment. My daughter did that then they wouldn't fix her car when the part came in. She has been waiting for 3 weeks now, after the appointment to fix her car. We can't get a call back from the service department, despite leaving messages. This is not the way I want to be treated.

It is always a pleasure doing business with the service team at CMA’s Hyundai of Lynchburg. When I entered I was greeted by Christy Herald with a smile. The team is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Billy Matthews is great! I had several questions and he took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me several suggestions. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. They gave me tips on how I could maintain the longevity of my vehicle that would cost a lot of money. The wait time is accurate and the waiting area is very comfortable. In my 25 years of dealing with automotive service teams, CMA’s Hyundai of Lynchburg is the best! I actually look forward to working with them. My next vehicle will definitely be a Hyundai and it’s all because of the excellent service department they have.

Already bought 2 cars from this dealership.. Went over the weekend to buy a 3rd car, they said it just arrived and will be ready Monday for test drive and purchasing, then said it will be ready on Tuesday as the mechanic was on leave, not ready on Tuesday for some other reason, so we scheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday Morning, after calling the sales person 2 times, the 3rd time he answered and said the car was sold to someone else who came last night.. I don't understand.. my family is very disappointed.

They made it easy. I did my research, and had the transaction completed with in two hours of me showing up at the dealership. The people were very professional and no surprises when we signed the sales documents.
