I went into Dream Nissan looking for a reliable car with good fuel economy and a SUV for the wife. Craig Shattuck was amazing! He got me a new Sentra and the wife a loaded pre owned Murano for the price I wanted. 100% recommend Craig if you're looking for a vehicle.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! If this was a “dream” I would hate to see a nightmare! I visited the Illinois dealership and this was the worst experience if my entire life at any dealership in this country that I have visited. The texting sales people Danielle and Brittany made it seem like this was the best place to buy a vehicle because the guaranteed acceptance program (which I qualified for) would give me a great selection of cars to choose from. I was hesitant and did not want to drive two and a half hours for no reason but was assured it was worth my time to go and be approved. When I arrived I was checked in and sent to Hunter who was a sales person. Either it was his first day or he was incredibly untrained. He started off by entering my information that was already in the system so I had to stop him after he had me enter my SSN and I asked why I was having to redo everything. He realized he was putting all my info under the wrong person and read the entire thing out loud so now I have to wait and see if there is identity theft later if that person buys a car if my information is not removed… then while trying to work with my documents, every question I asked he literally had to leave the desk to go ask a manager continuously. I had told him at on point when I was seeing the “guaranteed approval” wasn’t working that I wished I could have submitted paperwork online or over the phone to not waste anyone’s time since it was such a long drive. He said “don’t they have any dealerships closer to you?”…… seriously…???? He obviously didn’t care if a car was sold or not and didn’t care about my time being wasted. Not to mention that while we were discussing paperwork and income about my documents he has his LUNCH delivered to him while I was sitting there. Who does that when they are working with a client?? When I said I was going to leave he gave me his business card in case I wanted to buy from him later. Obviously I didn’t take it and I would never go back to them or their sister dealership since they have one in Illinois and Kansas. I would avoid them completely unless you want to waste your time and fall for their false promises and sketchy sales techniques when none of them seemed interested in selling anything.

I had two cars I was interested in; an advertised new

I had two cars I was interested in; an advertised new Sentra at $17,420 and a new Pathfinder at $10,000 off MSRP. I told saleswoman I was only interested in either at the ad price. was told had neither nerle at that price and then tried to upsell on another car. also was told after I said I wasn't interested that sale prices were only valid for people who financed thru them and that I had to come in to get their " best price". I wanted to get price settled b4 any test drive. if not willing to sell car as advertised they should not try get more money out of you by having u come in to join in high pressure negotiation.

DO NOT purchase from this dealership. I would rate 0 stars if possible. I visited this dealership to inquire about a Toyota advertised on their website for $12,842. However, when it came time to discuss the sale, they claimed the “Sales Price” was $16,000. After I declined, they countered with $14,500, which was still significantly higher than the advertised price. They attempted to persuade me that this was a good deal and suggested I put more money down to lower the monthly payment. They even tried to convince me to lease another vehicle to match the payment of a $12,842 car. Their focus was consistently on the monthly payment, but my primary concern was the deceptive pricing from the advertised amount to the price they wanted me to pay. They explained that the online price did not include approximately $3,100 worth of service work they had performed, which is why the “Sales Price” was higher than the advertised price. This is not good business practice, and I believe it may even be illegal.
