I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS... If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Vision Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in East Rochester and specifically Lucas Rigby, the General Manager, has been nothing short of infuriating. I agreed to purchase a Toyota MR2 Spyder from them and was told repeatedly that it would be ready “soon.” What followed was six weeks of lies, delays, and vague excuses. On multiple occasions, Lucas assured me the car was ready, only for me to find out later it wasn’t even close. At one point, they lined up a pickup day, but the next morning Lucas claimed the car had just been sent to service. I called the service center myself and learned it had already been there a full week—so his story was clearly false. When I finally gave a firm deadline of August 1st and backed out after weeks of being strung along, they waited nearly two weeks to return my check—while listing the car for sale again. They offered me a pathetic $150 “inconvenience fee” after I had already spent $200 on parts for the car, paid for 6 weeks of higher car insurance, and even covered an Uber after one of their false “ready for pickup” claims. They also sold the car without even doing a proper inspection. The clutch was failing, the e-brake wasn’t even connected, and yet the salesman, Nick, was pushy about getting the check—pressuring me to pay within two days of the test drive. Throughout this entire ordeal, the communication was last-minute, misleading, and unprofessional. I was promised pickup times over and over, only to be told at the end of the day or the night before that it wouldn’t happen. In my opinion, this dealership—and Lucas in particular—show a blatant disregard for honesty, transparency, and customer respect. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Vision Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram East Rochester.

Super friendly! Was awsome! Located 2nd jeep and made it super easy for me with two pickup times for my two jeeps!
