My wife arranged for the car to be tere at 10AM.

My wife arranged for the car to be tere at 10AM. Since we live 50+ miles away, I need to leave before 9AM. The trip over was good and I arrived before 10 only to find, I was not expected and would have to wait until 1PM before the car could be serviced. The service went well.

Was quoted one price then told me it was mandatory to

Was quoted one price then told me it was mandatory to have a service plan on top of this. Which ended up being an extra 2 years and 50% more than quoted. Will never visit this Kia dealership again and I will not refer another person. I have sent 3 people there in past yrs. 2 with purchases. Looked like they tried to get me cause I came in alone and being a woman.
