Then I get an email from the general manager of the dealership, which was a nice letter. I responded back telling him my thoughts, and then we can make it work. He never responded back to me, and that was the end of the whole thing

Any business that will send out flyers in the mail making people believe they've won cash or prizes only to get you in the door to find out it's all a big scam to get you in the door so they can try to pressure you into buying a vehicle says everything you need to know about them.
