My wife and I drove 10.5 hours from Michigan to buy a car for our son because Queens Auto had the only one that fit his needs. Red flag #1: a salesman at the dealership across the street warned us to watch for “extra fees” at Queens. Sure enough, after trudging up an icy, barely-shoveled staircase, we’re greeted with the classic lie: “We don’t charge extra fees. We’re very transparent.” Then comes a 30-minute wait while they “bring the car from the overflow lot,” followed by the real scam—the advertised $15,795 magically jumps $6,000!!!! Their excuse? Apparently the car is only $15,795 after you put $6k down. Straight-up bait and switch. When I said “WE WALK,” he didn’t even blink—which tells you this garbage works on people every day. Absolute joke of a dealership. Or should I say, "Stealership"!

100/10 Experience — Highly Recommend! I was shopping around under a tight deadline and needed to finalize and get a car within 3 days, and I honestly one of the best experiences!! From the moment I walked in, Luciano made everything smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Luciano was polite, humble, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the car in detail and worked hard to negotiate and get me the absolute best deal possible. He truly went above and beyond he even put a bow on my car, which made the moment extra special. What really stood out to me was how much they care about people, not just selling cars. I was there at night, and Luciano personally walked me to my car to make sure I got home safely, which says so much about his character. On top of that, he even dropped my car off at my home service you just don’t see anymore. This dealership doesn’t just sell cars; they treat you like family. In short: they will try to scam you by throwing on a 5-6k fee. Also take a look at their 5 star reviews, they’re usually done on the same day in high frequencies. I went in to buy an accord and had the price jump 50% due to the invisible fee they decided to add. They do not check their cars, I noticed the accord had a busted side view mirror and when I brought it up no one on their team was aware. They would’ve sold me the car with the mirror falling off if they could and they’d do the same to you. Stay away!

As another guy said, prices are not exact. Cost 2-3k more. Guy was pretty aggressive on the phone as well. Not sure what that guy said about nice and polite.
