I went in to pick up a truck and last minute bought
I went in to pick up a truck and last minute bought another one. I told Zach what I was looking for and he went out in the lot and found it. The only reason for not giving Dick Hannah a 5 star is the wait on the paper work. I was told every 5-10 minutes that it will be another 10 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later I signed papers. Maybe tell the customer to get coffee or lunch and we will call you when the paper work is ready? Other than that they have a very good inventory of trucks which is nice to see. Happy shopping!

After running my car through Kelly Blue Book for an instant offer, I received a personal email from the Dick Hannah Chevrolet Acquisitions Manager (Jo). Inviting me to the dealership in the interest of purchasing my vehicle. As I was in the market to trade that vehicle in, I searched their inventory and found a newer vehicle Make and Model that I have been seriously considering. Over the past week and a half, I have been to six dealerships, test-driving different model vehicles and negotiating trade-in value. Dick Hannah was the only dealership that I can honestly say I had a pleasurable, no-pressure, excellent experience at. Communication both written and in person was forthright and free of the usual pressuring tactics that I had experienced at the other dealerships. When I came in to see the vehicle (even without a confirmed appointment) it was up at the front cleaned and ready to go. Jo was helping another customer, so I had the great pleasure of working with Ed. Set aside the fact that I got the vehicle under very agreeable terms, Ed took the experience from pleasant to excellent. He was so great to work with. He didn't hold me hostage or keep me waiting for extended periods while he talked to his manager and when I told him I had to leave, there was no stalling or pressure to sign something before I left (something I cannot say for other dealerships). Instead, he closed the deal with two text messages that evening. Sent me everything I needed to get the paperwork complete which I did from home. When I came in the next day the car was detailed and the paperwork was ready for final signatures. Great work Dick Hannah Chevrolet, way to show other dealerships that you can make a sale without using intimidation, exaggeration, and manipulation but rather respect, honesty, and ethics!

Great friendly staff.
Great friendly staff. Sometimes you have to ask them to do stuff twice cuz they forgot to do it the first time. Otherwise they take perfect care of your vehicle, minus the greasy steering wheel and everything else they touched.

The team at Dick Hannah Chevrolet in Sandy are first and foremost, first class people, particularly Ed and Billy. Ed took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how uninformed they may have been, being a first-time truck buyer. He treated me with respect and talked through all of my concerns, and treated me the way he'd want to be treated. And even let me test drive the truck I was interested in alone - a first for me! Billy walked me through my buying options and made the process all too easy!

Typical no conscience dealership.
Typical no conscience dealership. They talk down the worth of your trade-in and say there's a pretty good chance that it will go to auction due to a minor blemish on the CarFax report and a so-called claim filed. I contacted my insurance over a broken windshield and just paid to replace myself due to the deductible being costing more. The salesman emailed 2-3 times a day asking for my husband, and I to leave a review, I finally did the within 1-2 days of leaving a good review they listed my vehicle for over 12K of what they offered as our trade-in value. I would never recommend anyone to go there. I understand they have to make a profit but jeez 12K,
