Unfortunately had to give a 1 star rather than no star. I really dislike dishonest people (like the salesman and dealership). The salesman blatantly covered up defects with the car and also lied about what all comes with the purchase. When confronted about it they initially told me they would look into a remedy and the sales manager would be in touch. They never got in touch and eventually quit returning my calls and texts.

One star is too generous. Dishonest salesman(s) and dealer. Was blatantly lied to about defects with the car and what all was included with the purchase. After the purchase they acted like they were going to help and make things right. Then they just stopped all forms of communication with me. Took advantage of an out of town buyer.

Avoid this place. They are not transparent with the fees. Dishonest business practices. Excessive fees, and unnecessary GAP insurance. Be very careful—check every number before signing.

WATCH OUT FOR ERNESTO MOYA AND HIS MANAGER JOSE PREDATORY SALES COMPANY SOLD ME A TESLA MODEL 3 2020 WITH MESSED UP GLASS INSIDE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SALE AND WILL NOT HONOR TO FIX IT.. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING JUST TO GET THE SALE. ADDED HIDDEN FEES LIKE A RECOVR DEVICE AND A PAINT PLAN THAT THEY CLAIM THEY CANNOT REMOVE OFF OF YOUR FINANCING. PREDATORY SCAM GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CAR ASAP BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED!!

If you can pay an additional $1200 we would sell you the car. " This was the exact words from Daniel Jaramillo, sales manager. BUYER BEWARE...

Drove all way to miami only to find out the price advertised it NOT what they ask for, it's a pure BAIT n Switch, do not waste your time and go there, imagine, dealer fee is $1200 and doc fee is around $600 ?? plus they add like $2000 misc ... they got the car from manheim auction for $23,000 and they wanna sell it for $34,000 LOL , stay away from this dealer, this is why they won't give you a final price over the phone, they want to trap you into wasting time and money to go all way there only to surprise you with this dishonest pricing schema, i also noticed i was the only customer there , and they had like 20 salesperson just looking at me, they are going bankrupt in no time with this practice, all reviews you see here are fake reviews made by them, you have been warned, i will keep exposing these dealers so good luck.

I am extremely impressed how helpful and patient knowledgeable they were. The process was smooth and enjoyable.
