About 9 months go are longer. I got a 2016 Lexus. I had it 2 weeks it was cutting out. So I called Richard. And give me my money back that never happened

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I drove over 2.5 hrs to buy a Range Rover from this dealer and 15 minutes after I left the dealer with the vehicle I had just purchased, an engine check light came on. Unfortunately when I left they were closing, so I could not turn back. I had the engine light checked and it came up as nOX sensor circuit. I texted multiple times and for over a week all 3 contacts I dealt with including the sales person Adam, the Sales Manager Josh and the Finance Manager Jose and did not get the decency of a reply. They heard from my attorney today and we will be pursuing any and all possible actions against them. They are scammers. UPDATE 08/21/25: So my lovely Range Rover I bought from these crooks and scammers stopped working, does not even restart after a week from buying it from these low lives. It was towed to Land Rover In North Palm Beach and the DEF system is totally shot and needs full replacement, Land Rover said that there was an attempt to "fix it" so Direct Auto knew very well that the car was garbage as the quote to repair the DEF system is $28,000 YES $28k which is more than I paid for it. By the way, Adam (Sales), Josh (Manager) and Jose (Finance Manager) and are totally ghosting and ignoring me. Lying, scamming pieces of S&%$%.

I called and asked to speak to someone in internet sales

I called and asked to speak to someone in internet sales and dumb guy answering phones said, "we don't do that here, we're a used car shop". So I clarified about the mercedes that your business is trying to sell on Ebay??? He hesitated so I asked for someone in sales and he said, No, there are no other managers there right now". Already a waste of my time so I hung up. I do not recommend this unprofessional so called business to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and I suspect BAITING in there Ebay ad since description/pricing are all wrong too.

They were very easy to work with but I didn’t see the

They were very easy to work with but I didn’t see the flaws in the paint in the photos online. However I love the car even though it is a bit beat up. It is a 2014 after all.
