Would be 5 stars but I didn’t get what was advertised, I purchased anyways because it wasn’t a make or break item but if the vehicle is advertised to come with a bed cover and you give me keys to a bed cover, I expect a bed cover. Sales associate didn’t seem to care and was in a rush to go home.

Was in and out in a little over an hour, really easy transaction on my purchase. Staff was on point, friendly and professional, even offered to pay for my ride back to pick up my other car. Definitely recommend Oceanside carmax

All personnel were very helpful and informative. We did find some mechanical issues after first driving it a couple hundred miles but this dealer immediately had us bring it in to correct these issues.

The vehicle I purchased has some unfinished recalls. I was told there was one owner who worked for CarMax so I felt comfortable with the purchase. Reading the papers turned out there were 3 owners. I got an appointment with Subaru to do the recalls (which seemed to be minor safety items). I took my car in Wednesday and they gave me a loaner. Figured it would be for the day. Its now Sunday and I still do not have the car back. They had to remove the engine to fix one of the recalls. So I am less that happy with the purchase and worry if I bought a lemon. I looked at the return policy and I was 1 day over that.
