Ordered a new 2025 Maverick and requested Adaptive Cruise

Ordered a new 2025 Maverick and requested Adaptive Cruise Control. The salesman was not familiar with the vehicle at all. He assured me of my request. I did not get what I wanted ordered. Never got so much as an sorry from the salesman. General manager promised a call to me from lead salesperson explaining the mistake. Never got the promised call. 2nd call to GM requesting a possible fix, I never got a callback. Now 35 days from when I received the truck they have not sent out the paperwork for my Florida tag. Loan company will be raising my rate soon if title lien not received very soon. Called GM Rick again today about the ongoing problem. Rick said he would call right back. 50 minutes and I'm still waiting. I paid full price for this new vehicle and did not get what I requested. Now I can't even get a tag and title. Aschenbach Ford has been the worst car purchase I've ever had and I've bought many new vehicles.

I will NEVER deal with these people again and I also

I will NEVER deal with these people again and I also encourage anyone that is thinking of buying - go somewhere else. Ashenbach cannot be trusted! I was sold a 2021 Ford Explorer ST. The vehicle had a Virginia inspection sticker that the dealer signed off on. (the vehicle was transferred to the dealership from NY). I live in WV. When I went to get an updated sticker, I was told that my vehicle did not have mufflers. It had a cat-back exhaust system - which is illegal in WV but also - IT IS ILLEGAL IN VIRGINIA! I reached out to the dealership multiple times and was told I would be contacted by management. No one ever contacted me. So that I could legally drive my car, I had to purchase a used set of mufflers from a 2020 ST for $1,500. All i wanted was to be reimbursed. It has been a month and a half and I am still waiting for someone to reach out to me to make this right. I have uploaded pictures of the exhaust system as it was, and a photo of what a stock system is. As you can see, there are supposed to be mufflers attached to the tips - I had none. Very disappointing that you care so little about what you sell and your customers that you cannot even reach out to make it right. If I could give a "0" i would!

Took my Dodge Dakota in for an alignment on Monday.

Took my Dodge Dakota in for an alignment on Monday. They kept the truck 2 days, charged me an extra $338 for "extensive labor" to put my camber back into specs (2 degrees). After that, my tire was cut and a chunk taken out of the rim th as t was not like that earn I took it there. They said they'd "look into it" but did not know what they could do, if anything, and would call me in a couple days. I contacted 3 other places that do alignments and said that camber adjustment is suppose to be included in a base 4 wheel alignment, that th we y we could never have charged me extra. Finally, I was told there was play in my steering and the front tie rod. I JUST REPLACED upper and lower ball joints and inner and outer tie rods with brand new Moog parts! Two other mechanics drove my truck either me in it, and said there is no play in the steering or tie rod. DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!

Go somewhere else.

Go somewhere else. Your word is your honor and you have none. Sold car out from under me while actively working a deal. And they say " that's the way it is". Well, not around here. Most of us try and honor our word. So glad I went elsewhere.

The advertised price $22458 of a 2019 Jeep wrangler…I

The advertised price $22458 of a 2019 Jeep wrangler…I inquired about the vehicle on that day with no response. I viewed it again online and the price had increased…I reached out to the sales person via text…still nothing…then he said that his sales manager had been trying to reach me but quoted an incorrect contact number for me…even though he had my text. Then the price went to over $28000…and now that vehicle has been sold. He stated it had been moved to a “sister” dealership

I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that

I had bought a 2020 ford escape from Jason pearman that had some body issues and it was the worst experience possible for my first time buying a car, thank god he is no longer there because I wouldn’t recommend him. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to Corey oxendine and he has been more then helpful and responsive he got me traded out of the escape into a 2024 ford edge and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly reccommend Corey Oxendine and I think this boy deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He has beyond helped me when nobody else wanted to and I appreciate everything he did for me. If you go to Aschenbach ask for Corey!!

A very shady dealership spend all day there on sat to

A very shady dealership spend all day there on sat to purchase a used vehicle after everything was done was told could not get vehicle till Monday because they had to run thru shop to get a reject sticker put on it according to va law it should have had the inspection done before putting on lot for sale these people clearly don't know what they are doing the finance guy took forever to get the paper work done the sales manager seemed like a very rude person I will never go to this dealership again

Found the Subaru through Auto Trader and followed up on

Found the Subaru through Auto Trader and followed up on their website. Easily made appointment to test drive and was able to negotiate a fair and equitable trade in of our 2019 Grand Caravan and made the purchase in a reasonable amount of time. All in all a good day.
