The WORST buying experience from this company, EVER!! I was treated terribly with so much sarcasm and disrespect. I was pressured into the sale. I tried leaving 4-5 times but was guilt tripped about the time I had taken away from everyone. The crew is Cocky! Never could speak to an owner about my situation. I could at least be offered a full service detail on my 4Runner bc it wasnt done when I purchased it. They could careless about their customers and the sale of their vehicles. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I highly recommend you stay away from this predatory dealership. I learned the hard way.

Was there all day after doing everything online the
Was there all day after doing everything online the previous day. Sales manager was obsessed with adding fees. They lost my key fob and owners manual. Said they would get it in the mail. I have been begging for my other key fob for over 3 months. They won't even return a phone call or text. I had to stop and buy washer fluid on the way home to get the warning dash light to go out.

Worst car buying experience EVER! Ive never felt so insulted and pushed into a purchase as I was here. I love the used vehicle I purchased but the transaction just never sits well with me. Im not pleased with myself that i didnt leave as I was trying to do but I had 4 people(sales, finance, etc) pressuring me and I allowed it which is something that I have never allowed. Crooked shady place. Never again will I accept this treatment when I purchase another vehicle. RUN AWAY FAST! These ppl dont deserve your business.

Cody Crigger was very attentive and worked very hard to find what we wanted. Cody made sure everything was just likie we asked. The dealership went out of their way to get just the right vehicle. Everyone that we met asked if we needed anything to drink or a snack. Cody made sure we had a loaner vehicle until our vehicle arrived. Cody kept us well informed with texts and photos as to the progress of our vehicle being delivered. This is my second vehicle in 4 months purchased from Aschenbach, you really feel like they work hard to make their customers happy! Even the finance department Brandon and Kelly did everything possible to help us. Mr. Gunter even offered us a piece of someone's retirement cake!

We had been to another Chevrolet dealers about 20 miles
We had been to another Chevrolet dealers about 20 miles away trying to make a deal on a Silverado 2500. We got within 1500 of making a deal but the let us walk out. So we dropped by the Ashenbach Chevrolet lot in Wytheville Va. We found a Silverado 2500 we loved and was able to make a deal in about 30 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.
