Service mgr Brandon Cueball came at me with clench fists
Service mgr Brandon Cueball came at me with clench fists when I asked why they did not fix my car. Bought a new RX359 in 2021. Have a groan on the exhaust. He said they all have the groan. That was an ignorant response. I’m a senior; mechanical enter. I asked to meet the regional service agent. Cueball refused to arrange the meeting. He blocked the Lexus Central office from responding to my request. Hired a lawyer. Another Lexus dealer replaced a smal section of the exhaust. Fixed in less than an hour. Mr Brandon Cueball is an ignorant bully. Has no business working as a service mgr. Stay away from Lexus of Ann Arbor.

My overall experience was good.
My overall experience was good. But I didn’t get a good teaching or training of how to use different features. As a result I still don’t know how to use different features of this new vehicle. I requested an appointment to go over the features again by Stan and waiting for confirmation.

The environment is very organized and clean. The employees are courteous and polite. Everyone greets you (even if they’re not directly dealing with you). The service is great and they move quickly to get you in and out! I also appreciate they offer you coffee and snacks while you wait! This dealership is awesome!!
