Why, do I need to pay for a washer and plug every time I

Why, do I need to pay for a washer and plug every time I get an oil change. Also, why when I come in for one thing I leave with a laundry list of things that need to be repaired. I just made 54,000 miles. I refused to believe I need 5,000 worth of repairs.

Facility is nice, even while under construction.

Facility is nice, even while under construction. Issue I had was that my 30k service check up took 3 hours to complete which made me late to some meetings. I know there is only one tech that can work on my car but if I were told it would take that long, I would have made arrangements to just drop my car off.

Overall they are easy to work with and the new facility

Overall they are easy to work with and the new facility looks great. This visit was a return for an unresolved issue at my previous visit. The issue was mostly, but not completely resolved, but it is good enough for now. Typically they fix everything properly the first time.
