When I went to pick up the car, they lost my keys and

When I went to pick up the car, they lost my keys and also try to charge me for the service when at the beginning they said that I have 4 more free services

Was a great experience.

Was a great experience. Jacob and Kristen were awesome! They explained Everything to my husband and I both. Jacob made sure we had his card Incase we had anymore questions and he keeps in contact. Kristen also took her time with us explaining and answering our questions and didn't treat us like a couple of older people that don't know anything. Awesome experience!! Thank you!!
