I had a great experience working with Federico at Honda.

I had a great experience working with Federico at Honda. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of buying a car stress-free. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Federico truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Dennis Parada was nice to talk to and work with.

Dennis Parada was nice to talk to and work with. Though he understandably was being a sales person, he was interested in answering my questions. If it was just him I dealt with and nothing else, I'd leave a 5/5 review. There were a few minor things there that knocked my review down to 4/5 but those were mostly due to personal preferences (such as the music being played).

We bought a CR-V last Saturday for our son.

We bought a CR-V last Saturday for our son. Instead of being a celebration, the experience ended up being a 7-hour nightmare. First, they waned to charge $750 to transport the vehicle from another location. After some haggling, they took that out. Then they did not deduct the trade-in value (even though it was $2,000) from the price (even though the tax difference was $195). Then, they waited until all papers were signed before calling the other dealership in INDIO (!) to release the vehicle. On top of that, the vehicle was DRIVEN from INDIO, and had 174 miles on the odometer. All this while they gave the impression that it would arrive on a flatbed. So, we had to return THE NEXT DAY to take delivery. It had a scuff mark on the rear right fender, some minor scratches on the left front bumper, the interior was covered with fine sand (probably driven with the windows rolled down), the engine bay was full of dust and mud, the luggage rack on the top had dust and mud, the sun roof opening was dirty. In short, it was disgusting. It was supposed to be a NEW vehicle, not a used one. Not buying from there any more; also advising my friends to avoid Honda of Reseda!

The only way it can - should - be righted is by taking back this vehicle, and providing a BRAND NEW, UNUSED vehicle with exactly same specs.
