Good experience

Fast, friendly service. Nicolas Payano was super helpful and accommodating. I actually showed up for an appointment on the wrong day and Nicolas still took the time to work me in.

Friendly Staff

Everyone in there is incredibly friendly, from the sales reps, to the receptionist, to the service department, they are all kind and helpful and that’s a rare find for a dealthership.

Wonderful People, Easy To Do Business With!

Sonia Hernandez was knowledgeable and friendly as well as professional. She was able to provide immediate answers to my questions, and when she didn't have an answer maybe once, she knew where to get one--quickly. She has been just as caring after the sale as she was before the sale. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I met Sarah Eberle when I had a misunderstanding about the financing of the vehicle. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with--professional, understanding, caring, friendly, willing to go the extra mile. She explained the process that I had not understood. She redid some of the paperwork to accommodate my deposit. She worked with me to get approval from the manager to accept a larger payment on a credit card. She really worked on my behalf to allow me to complete the financing. One more thing: this dealership supports diversity. There are many ethnicities represented here, and that makes me even happier to have chosen Brown's Manassas for this purchase. The people with whom I have come in contact are wonderful.

Great Service by all personnel

The quick positive response of Nicolas Payano Jr. to my request for a state inspection. He got it done while I waited and included a car wash. Definitely customer oriented.

Great Service, Very Helpful and fair.

This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from Browns within a 6 month period. Arkeem helped us both times. He is hard worker. Knows the cars and was able to show us all the options. All the staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly.
