Good experience

Sales & Service dept I've dealt with for years (owned 4 Hyundai's) & they are exceptional. Finance dept same as all other dealerships. I've bought all 4 of my Hyundai's from Browns & love most everything about them.

This is my second time to take Hyundai lease. It is recommendable for others to have good experience with them. Here is my one of my suggestion. For next time, Brown's Manassas Hyundai need to provide more objective standard cost information how to calculate Trade-in Car' value. Thank you.

A Sparkling Gem!!

I was well take care of. Immediately addressed my concerns. Also bought parts... they offered to add the parts purchase to my invoice for service. That is great!! just 1 charge.

Very pleased customer!

Browns Dealership made the car buying process very easy. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was polite and understanding. I am very pleased with my purchase. Even when I thought I had the right car in mind, Sami helped me to pick a vechile that's great on gas mileage and also have all the other features I want in a car. I couldn't be happier!

Wonderful Service Team

Everyone was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated the helpfulness of my service representative, Chrystle Petersen. I was able to get my Emissions Test and State Inspection in a timely manner.

Good Buying Experience

I knew I was interested in a Hyundai Ionic Blue. I used US News' site to get quoted from dealers and a few local dealerships contacted me, but Brown's Manassas was the only one to return to me with a serious price. I wasn't ready to buy right away, but when I was, I went with them. They respected all quoted prices/discounts/rebates, even ones that did not directly apply in the end.
