My salesperson (Jovan Roseboro) provided excellent customer service. Although he had several clients that day, he made sure that he took care of me and made it very easy for me to make my purchase. Very nice guy.

Mr. Derrick Samuels was very pleasant to work with. He listened to what my needs were and did not try to pressure me into anything. He took the time to make sure I understood how the operation of the vehicle I purchased worked. I will not hesitate to recommend family and friends to him.

I have always had a really great experience with the Sales and Service departments at Toyota South Atlanta and they keep me as a loyal customer. Recently, I decided to trade in and purchase a new Camry. My experience with the Sales department leads me to comment very favorably about the following employees. Ms. Shanice Brown, the Concierge Relations Representative, was helpful in the process of selecting the cars I chose to test drive. She knew her product and could answer my questions about features and functionality. Mr. Gerald Randle, the Sales Consultant, made the deal an enjoyable experience. I felt comfortable in the negotiation process. Mr. Randle was pleasant, personable and he took the time to understand my needs; we were able to negotiate a closing deal in a reasonable time. I would welcome the opportunity to do business with him again in the future. Mr. Thomas Dortch III, the Finance Manager, handled the sales/registration process in a timely manner and I felt respected as a customer in working with him. He took the time to answer all my questions and was flexible and patient in handling all the necessary matters of finance and documentation. I close with one additional comment of appreciation for Mr. John Mannering, Service Department, who has assisted me with the maintenance of my previous Toyota vehicles for several years. His experience, insight and friendliness has been valuable to me as a customer.

Each time I come to Toyota South and I have a good experience. Normally it's for timely service on my car but this time I accurately purchase a new vehicle and the Salesman Rodney Wyche was very helpful.

I was referred by a friend to go to Toyota South in Morrow. So I went there and met Mrs Nelly Rasuleva who is an excellent dealer full of patience and love. She helped me find a luxurious car that fits my budget. Thank you Mrs Nelly , keep doing what you are doing.

I want to say my experience was great with Thomas finance Manager, and rodney Wych. My purchase was a 2017 toyota corolla xse. They was great explain the car and my financial responsibility I will stay with this Toyota dealership. These four people is great to work and very professional.

I visited the Toyota South dealership with some apprehension well it is a car dealership after all. Derrick Samuel put me at ease right away. He was courteous and had an almost encyclopedia like knowledge of the Toyota brand and their lineup of cars. He guided me through the car buying experience from start to finish. I got a car that I absolutely love, and payment below my budget.

Our sale man Gerald, was very intelligent, and knowledgeable, and very helpful. He is very professional and keep us inform with everything while we were there. Make sure we understand and made the processing so smooth and easy for us. My family and I are so happy that the dealership have made our dream come true.
