Purchased a new Toyota Camry from Derrick Samuels. He was very professional and followed up all of my emails, calls, and texts promptly. He worked with me on the price of the car and after a couple of rounds we were able to meet at a great price point.

I recently visited this dealership as i was in the market for a Toyota Camry. I had the pleasure of having Gerald Randle as my sales person. He was very attentive to me needs (mainly wanting to make sure I stayed within my intended budget). This was THE most please experience that i have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The process was painless and not once did I feel that my concerns weren't being addressed.

Derrick was a great help! I came in to get information on trading in my Camry for an Avalon and even though I didn't meet the requirements he took good care of me. Very patient, kind and knowledgeable about different ways I could go about the trade in. Over all I had a good experience and it won't be the last.

I have been driving Nissans because they will give you a car quick and I thought Toyota would not give me a car due to my credit but I was so wrong. I dealt with Antwan (not sure of the spelling) and then Autumn and was there for three evenings but I left there satisfied and with a car I absolutely love. The finance manager Thomas made me feel so comfortable while he negotiated my loan with the banks. I will never drive anything other than a Toyota ever again and this will be my dealership. I walked in not expecting to buy a car just came to look at my refinancing options. I bought my new RAV4 about a month ago and it was the best car buying experience I've had. Lorenzo Johnson is very intelligent and helped me navigate through potential options. He was also very patient and seemed like a good friend rather than just a salesman. There was no pressure to buy and he helped me discover better options on various cars to help me choose the best fit for me. The rest of the staff there was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Lorenzo and Toyota South's staff gives me hope that great customer service still exists in the car buying world.
