I recently purchased a vehicle at H&H Jeep Dodge.
I recently purchased a vehicle at H&H Jeep Dodge. I would not recommend this dealership. The process of buying the vehicle was much more complicated than it needed to be. The price advertised on the site Cargurus was different that the starting price. They included credits for trade-in and putting money down that wasn't listed on the website I used. The price should be clearer no matter which website you are using to find a vehicle. This made everything more complicated when negotiating the trade-in value of my vehicle. They also added a CPO (certified pre-owned) fee on top of the price. This should be included in the original price of the used vehicle. The process took way to long, they started so low in the trade in value of our vehicle even though I had told them exactly what the trade in value was. A manager asked for feedback, questions and concerns, which I provided and got no response despite reaching out several times to a manager. This is why I have decided to leave the dealership a 1 star review a couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle. I wanted to give them a chance to answer my questions and respond to my feedback.

Purchased a new twenty twenty five dodge from keith, he took our info and passed it on to the manager to make the deal which took about an hour , we knew what we wanted when we walked in the door. Then it's a sitting game waiting and waiting until they can't find someone in finance to help you hours. Waiting just for some guy guy talking b.s making promises, they have never kept after five weeks of purchase. Ever followed up on a Monday to tell us what our percentage was never made good on items.He promised to smooth things over.We had to pay wholesale.For a tube of touch up paint and wheel locks. Promise to be sending a gift card in the mail which would take 2 or 3 days and now, it's been going on 6 weeks. It's a total disrespect and lack of customer service on his part. He don't belong in the position he's in. Seems like this is a dishonest dealership.Since they didn't there horizons with not only selling chevrolet's but have to take on dodge jeep ram.

Turned in a lease and they didn’t ‘ground’ it, so
Turned in a lease and they didn’t ‘ground’ it, so Chrysler Capital had no idea they had it for 33 days until we had to go up there because they called and said they were going to repossess the car H&H had been sitting on over a month!

In July I purchased my 2024 Jeep Wrangler from John
In July I purchased my 2024 Jeep Wrangler from John Brommer & have had a slow leak in the rear passenger tire since I got it. When I went in today to have the service dept. look at it, Service Advisor Jon Fondren was very helpful explaining to me that the tire was not repairable because the metal that was lodged in the tire was too large & at an angle. I contacted my salesman, John Brommer & he worked with Clint Paulson (one of the Managers) & got approval to replace my tire at no cost!!! This kind of customer service is unheard of & was greatly appreciated. John & Clint were amazing to work with when purchasing my Jeep & continue to provide that level of service months later! I highly recommend you ask for John Brommer when you are looking for a new vehicle & Jon Fondren when you need service. My experience has exceeded my expectations!

My wife went to this dealership to give them a try, even
My wife went to this dealership to give them a try, even against my prior experience. She was looking to trade in her 2019 Jeep Cherokee. She's the only owner, no accidents, only 40k miles. NADA shows an average trade in of $18,200 and retail value of $22000. H&H offered........$10,000!!! Are you xxx kidding me?? They really thought my wife was that stupid that they would offer less than half the retail value. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE. What an absolute pathetic joke of a dealership.

Was sold a car they advertised as 807 in internet ads it had 717 , confronted used car sales manager said he was waiting from dodge to clear things . Never heard back now next week I have to spend my time filing reports of fraud to state .agencies and hiring a lawyer. After having issues with sketchy sales technics in financial. At this point im giving them a zero. Sorry I ever walked in. Sales guy was ok but everything else was big fail.

PAY ATTENTION!
PAY ATTENTION!!! They like to bait and switch their “down payment match”. Recently negotiated an “out the door price” as I was paying cash. Was told I got an extra $2000 down payment match if I financed. Figured why not as I could pay off the loan in a month. This is a CON. When I went to complete the sale they tried to make me pay $2000 over our agreed price for the down payment match. Either they knew they were trying to scam an extra $2000 thinking I wouldn’t notice, or they’re so incompetent that they don’t know what “out the door price” means. Either way this is a dealership to avoid.
