Deceptive business practices is the headline for this
Deceptive business practices is the headline for this place. Found a vehicle on cars com listed for $38,429 at H&H Jeep. I called them for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership and test drove the vehicle. Liked it and wanted to negotiate a price and was presented a proposal by a sales agent(Steven) that listed their asking price at $44,429. From that $2000 reduction if I put $2000 down and an additional $2000 off for a trade-in but because I didn't have a trade, I didn't qualify for that. None of this was specified in the cars. com ad and I notified them. They recommended leaving a review so others would know about my experience of deceptive business practices. It should be noted that a sales manager named Kyle called me after I left the dealership and offered to give me the original $38,429 price. This convinced me that they were engaged in deceptive business practices. BE CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING HERE!

Service after sale is not good.
We worked with a very good salesperson. However after the sale not so good. We found a problem with the front passenger seat 2 weeks after. Took the vehicle to the dealership. Have been told we should have noticed it sooner and can't get anyone to help us. My husband has called several times and we keep getting the run around. Very disappointing.

Today my wife and I came in trying to find a truck that we would both like. John Brommer greeted us with a warm welcome and we started to talk about what we were both looking for. We honestly felt so relaxed and comfortable talking to him because he listened to us and took the time to look up trucks that were available. The one that we liked was not in the dealership, so we felt down for a little bit, he started making phone calls and sending text and next thing we know the truck was being parked outside for us. We are sincerely grateful for John and all the hard work he did to get us the truck we really wanted. Unfortunately, we have had previous experiences elsewhere, where we've felt pressured and seemed like they only wanted to make a sale and not consider our personal interest. We are so happy about the experience we had today, and we feel confident in the purchase we made today. We will definitely recommend our friends and family over to John. He is truly an honest, kind, and professional person.
