This is the worst dealership I have worked with for a

This is the worst dealership I have worked with for a price on a used vehicle and their email system does not work....they want you to call them! It's been six days now since I talked with salesman Andrew for a price on their used Cadillac Escalade but he has been too busy to get back to me. I would never buy a car from this joint which I will not even call an automobile dealership....because they arn't!

As of today.

As of today. They have never contacted me about the truck I inquired about. So I guess I’d say I had no experience

I drove 4 hours each way to go get a vehicle from this

I drove 4 hours each way to go get a vehicle from this dealership. I had hours of work put into finding this vehicle, getting the financing lined up and ready, and even getting insurance on the vehicle. I had done my part in the buying process. I talked to the dealership multiple times asking about the vehicle, it's history, and current condition. The salesman Daniel kept saying that everything should be working well. There were no issues. Now to be fair I had quite a few red flags I had ignored. But I guess I was just excited that I had finally found the car we were going to purchase. The salesman stated there was an inspection done but that there was no information written down on it. And that "I know everything he knows about the car". Which should have been the case since the car had been with their dealership for 7 months (definitely should've been a red flag in this car market). But somehow he knew nothing about it even though there were fewer than 50 cars on the lot. The day before we were set to leave to pickup the car I noticed in one of the pictures that a light was on the dash about staying there was a problem with the TPMS. He kept trying to tell me that it was only the sensor in the tire but said they weren't able to make sure of that because they don't have the equipment. I was concerned it could've been a bigger issue with the car but he kept trying to convince me otherwise. When we arrive at the dealership he was nice but again not helpful at all. We took it on the shortest test drive I have ever taken, probably less than 2 miles, and when we got back I again asked about the TPMS. It worried me because it should be a simple fix, but not one they HAD fixed. I was also concerned that it may not allow the car to use all of the functions that I wanted in the car like the adaptive cruise control that rely on many other sensors and radars as well to work properly. I mentioned this but he kept stating that it wouldn't cause any issues with that because tpms has nothing to do with cruise control. I insisted that it may affect it as cruise control and adaptive cruise control are 2 very different things. But he just kept dismissing me. I asked if I could take it on a longer test drive so I could test out these features to make sure these work. He said the dealerships insurance wouldn't allow him to do that. So he was just wanting me to take their word for it and buy the car and trust him about the fact that this car works flawlessly, even though he admitted he knew nothing about this car. Finally I convinced him to go out on another test drive. But only allowed to follow the same path. Thank goodness I did because not even a quarter of the way into the trip EVERY SINGLE LIGHT on the dash came on. Every couple seconds a new warning would come up only to be interrupted by a new warning. Turns out the car had a very expensive repair that needed made to the turbocharger. Had I not trusted my gut and let him talk me into just buying the car, it would've been me stuck with that repair bill. I understand it is a used car and that issues come up. But based off all the red flags along the way, I feel like this dealership knew there was an issue with the car and was just hoping I wouldn't notice. And even if that's not the case. All they had to do was just drive it for 5 minutes and they would've figured out the issue and not wasted my entire day. Or worse sticking me with a car that immediately needed a huge repair bill to get back on the road.
