This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. They don't have any vehicles to buy. The customer service manager and the owner is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude!!!! I used to run an automotive shop and would never talk to or treat any customer the way they do. My car was in their shop for 2 weeks, they said they had it fixed. It was not!!! I drove it for 3 days and took it back. After it sat there for another 2 weeks, I was told they haven't had time to check it out and because I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was not their priority!!! It was a $70,000 car bought brand new!! I thought GM Dealerships were supposed to take care of warranty work no matter what Dealership the vehicle was purchased at. I will be reporting them to everyone who will listen. I would give them 0 stars. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Since 2013 we have bought 5 new GMC's and 1 new Buick...

Since 2013 we have bought 5 new GMC's and 1 new Buick from Tar Heel.. When I need service, I leave my keys in the vehicle, in my drive. It disappears in the morning and reappears late afternoon. We are treated like family. Tar Heel is the only dealer we plan to purchase from. The "Brothers Three", Glenn, Gil, and Alan Stovall could not be more helpful. Ben, the service manager, is always friendly and efficient.

I was looking for a new vehicle to purchase. i was shopping around and stopped by Tarheel. the day we stopped in to look a hurricaine was close to us and we were getting alot of wind and rain. The salesman came out in the rain and showed us some vehicles. He was not pushy and knew the vehicles. We would have bought a truck from them, we just found the one we wanted at another dealership. Tarheel has Great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will be returning to look at another vehicle in the very near future.
