Purchased a 2023 Ram Limited Edition Pickup Truck on 4/29/2023. When we went to pick up the truck on 4/30/2023 the finance person had added a Lithia Lifetime Driveawy Maintenance Plan to the contract. We told him we did not want it and we immediately canceled it, although it was still added to the loan we took out. We have been back and forth with the dealership trying to get the money back since April 30. We keep getting the run around from the management team and finance department. Finally on 6/23/2023 Chad Vanoven said a check would be mailed out and sent directly to the lender. Needless to say that hasn't happened. Today, 6/30/2023 I call the Lithia Lifetime Driveawy directly. I was told a check was sent directly to the dealership at their request on 6/15/2023. I have called and left messages for Chad Vanoven, Ass't General Manager, Christopher Lowe, General Manager, and Kyle Hunter, Dealer Principal with no response. Hoping this review gets their attention and someone calls me back!!! Definitely terrible customer service!!!
Scammers and liars!

Do not take your vehicle for service
Rating 1-star because I can't right a review with 0 stars. Took our Ram to get an alignment and asked how much it would be and was told $120. All good so far. Hours later get a call from advisor Natalia saying alignment is done but the upper control arms are broken and need to be repaired. I told her I would talk to the hubby about it and go from there for repair. She said ok I will text you when invoice is ready so you can pick up the truck. Hours later, no text so I call back. I call and ask if my vehicle is ready to get picked up and am told that she forgot to text me. I go pick up vehicle and when we are charged, its $141.60 plus tax. When I ask what the extra $21.60 is for, I was told a disposal shop fee charged to all customers. "Disposal"??? We went for an alignment. Nothing was disposed of. I paid an left, I did call back and spoke to service manager Junior Mascorro and requested an explanation. He advised me what the charge was for but said he would get it refunded since I was not advised about it before hand when I asked what the cost for repair would be. All while my husband said the truck is still drifting left. I don't think alignment was done right. Then I get a call from Camille asking how happy I was with service received to which I advise that the truck is still not aligned properly. She sets up an appointment for me to return on Saturday with truck to get it checked out again. 1 hour later... Natalia calls me back, she says we are getting credited back for the alignment THAT WAS NEVER DONE on our truck. I asked to speak to supervisor and am "ACCIDENTALLY" hung up on. I call Camille back who says Junior is trying to get ahold of me. I am promised an instant refund for a service that was collected on that was never completed. That is so unacceptable. So what if I would have never answered Camille's call inquiring how I felt about service received???. I would've never even known. And all Meador is doing is pointing the finger at someone else??? Will never ever ever take any of my vehicles there.

New vehicle for my family
I always go to Meador dodge for routine maintenance on my vehicle, today I went to trade in for a more spacious vehicle. The process was great and in no time my family and I drove off on a 2020 dodge durango. So much thanks to Jose Jimenez great sales representative.

Good Selection and Very Helpful; Little Slow
Man who assisted us was very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. Nice looking facility. Lot of selection. The actual buying process (waiting for the financial documents to be prepared) took a long time.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Meador Dodge. We were pleased with the deal we got and ended up purchasing a Jeep Rubicon.Terry cox was our salesman . Terry was amazing, friendly and made sure we were pleased with the deal. I would recommend Terry Cox to any of my friends who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I found the ram truck for for 44 thousand Laramie in car.com and I went to the dealership to ask for the truck and the saler told me the truck price it is 46 thousands and I told him I faund for 44 in car.com after tha I trying to call him about the truck but when I checked my app car.com they higher the price for 46 thousands that not rights for the people that working hard for get good stuff I was very disappointed 😔

Worst service ever experienced.
Meador service is by far the worst auto service I’ve experienced and I’m 60. Took 7 weeks for minor repair. I was called the first day my car arrived and the day it was ready. All other contact whether text or calls was initiated by me. Had two dirty hand prints inside car on door panel and console. Also a few things weren’t done that I needed service for but never had opportunity to ask for it to be done. When I bought used Challenger only had one fob and was told by salesman he would get me another. Never saw it. The reason I went to them is because I drive by them twice a day. Regardless of how convenient it would be I will NEVER buy from them because of their service.

Never again
I'm going to start this off by saying I recently have gone through a divorce and I'm stuck with a car that reminds me of that divorce. With that being said I went to go look at a 2006 Dodge magnum got their did not deal with the service rep that I was told I was gonna deal with and my car currently was valued at only half of the blue book value. With 2 other dealerships valued it before I even got there. I was told I would need to bring in at least half the value of the car I was looking at and was not even given any other option of purchasing set car or even offered a test drive. I was completely blown off and do not recommend anybody else going there

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE Purchased my wife a used certified pre-owned 2015 Durango R/T from Meador dodge, sales experience was good until after signing paper work and asked for the second key fob and Manuel. salesman told us it didn’t come with a second key fob and he would sell us a key fob at cost, and would get us a Manuel. come to find out several days later the charge was over $300.00 for extra key fob and $90.00 to program the fob to the Durango, several calls over the next month I was told he ordered us a Manuel, after a week I was told the wrong Manuel came in and he would order another one, next week I was told it hasn’t came in yet, the third week I was told he ordered one off eBay and was waiting for it to come in, fourth week was told he is still waiting for it to come in. it’s been over two months, no Manuel and no resolve or contact from Meador dodge. Seems like this dealership only wants your money and then they are done with you. I have purchased several vehicles and never have been treated this way, especially telling you what you want to hear to get rid of you and then blowing you off, every time I have contacted them I have gotten a different story. Last week To take care of my wife, I purchased from amazon a dodge oem key fob and a used Manuel. Less than $100.00 each. Laugh out loud, this was at my door steep two days later. Still need to get key fob programed. Went to another dodge dealership to get key fob programed and was told would have to leave vehicle for about a week. Decided would not leave Durango for a 20 minute job. I hope this is not the new way dodge is training its staff, treating customers with a I don’t care attitude.

False advertising on price of a Mustang. Listed in $13000 range, daughter screenshoted it, made appointment to see it, next day price listed in $15000 range. She went to see it and price was $19000 range!! After waiting 30 minutes for contact person to arrive for scheduled appointment, they would not honor original advertised price! Just a click and bait dealer in my opinion! Don't waste your time with them!
