Very friendly

Very smooth from start to finish, good selection of vehicles to choose from. Eddie our salesman was very friendly and helpful with finding us the right vehicle

It's better @ Meador

First I'll start with the not so good. Took my car in for an oil change.at 0700.Upon checking in the service rep said my 2014 Charger has a update for the AC module. Asked how long with the oil change? About an hour. Hour and a half later I'm still waiting. Go see the service rep. Found out one of the actuators was not working .Had a dental appointment in 30 mins. The good . Service rep loaned me a Dart to make my appointment and said my car should be done around noon. Just after noon Meador Dodge called said my car was ready. Picked up my Charger with oil change, update for AC module and an actuator fixed.. I paid just for the oil change. Other items covered under warranty. Dealerships can be a hassle for service ( too long of a wait), but since I've delt with Meador it's been a positive experience . If I hadn't gone to Meador for the oil change ,never would of known about the faulty actuator or update for the AC module. I'll be back for service with my Charger and Challenger.

Great atmosphere

Upon arrival quick friendly professional service, finished with my vehicle in less than half the time as expected. While I waited in air condition area with coffee and snacks even the tv was on if you wanted to watch .

Fantastic sales person- Justin Pack, talk to him

I went on line filled out wha I was looking for, next day Justin called, by Thursday that week went in and filled out my paperwork, 40 minutes later, all was done, I had my Big Red (my car). They filled it with gas, Justin set my phone., Wellington a nutshell, Best experience I've ever had.

Ray, and David are awesome. David seems to be my advisor every time I come to have my car service. He has great customer service skills. He's the reason I continue to use Meador.
