This dealership has the worst policy I have ever heard of, they want you to provide the form of payment before you can test drive any of their cars. Who is going to go get that much cash or get a loan without inspection the car first? The gentleman on the phone is very rude about the situation as well Huge red flag about the entire situation!!!! I ended up tell them to keep their car. And I will continue my search.

Called to test drive a vehicle and the salesman said, the car is only available for purchase. The vehicle has been on the website for 3 months. Now I know why. For a used car, and even a new one at the dealership, it's nice to get a feel for the car and see how it runs. Bad business in my opinion.

Terrible customer service. Even if you are paying cash they want you to go to the bank and get a certified check before you can test drive the car. Also, they were rude and acted like we should know everything about the car, because "that's not the salesperson's job." I stood there and told this guy that I have the money right now, but I'm not going to the bank without testing it and he didn't care. We left without seeing anything. I couldn't believe it. I have no idea how they are still in business. I've never had an experience anything like this before.
