Experienced Technicians; over & above custmr svc; & Fast

Experienced Technicians; over and above customer service; and Fast Service with a smile😊 this was hands-down the best service experience I’ve encountered at a dealership. Excited to see the facelift that the service department is getting. The employees seemed very jazzed about it.

Prompt friendly service

Chris Cintron and his crew provided prompt, friendly service, and provided a useful printout about technical specs of things they replaced and looked at. The seating area was sufficient as well.

MVP Card

The customer comes first! I got an MVP card for my purchase and was told I can use it towards service, parts and etc. I came in for a recent visit and was told that Honda is under new management. That isn't fair as a customer it is bad business to tell the customer a gift card with no expiration is no longer valid. I don't trust Honda anymore!.

Attentive, engaged intake manager

Called with good news that technician found a solution that might otherwise have cost an excessive amount of! $. Prompt delivery of paperwork when I returned to pick up the car. The shuttle service is great.

MVP Program

First of all, Robert in service did an outstanding job but I cannot give a five star rating dude to All-Star Honda. I was given a MVP gift card of $150 at the time of purchase to use towards service or parts department. According to the dealer all gift cards were no longer honored and have been closed dude to new ownership. I understand the ownership change but everything is still being operated under the All-Star name. New owner should honor or have the prior owner a refund for the remaining balance. I will not be coming back to this dealership in the future for my service, nor for my next purchase.

60000 mile check

Customer service very good. Air conditioning whistle was figured out at no cost, recommended 60000 mile checkup. Changed fluids and looked rest of car over and no problems. Received courtesy ride back home after dropping car off. Everyone was very nice.
