My 9:00 AM appointment for a fob programming and tire

My 9:00 AM appointment for a fob programming and tire change over took all day. No one called me with updates throughout the morning, except from a guy who called me at 3:00 PM and said, "Sorry, my manager says we cannot let you drive with studded tires until tomorrow (10/1/25). You can pick it up and drop it off tomorrow, or we can keep it here over night and you can pick it up tomorrow." If I had known Audi of Anchorage staff were snooty, I would have NEVER purchased a vehicle from them. Ever. And plus everything is expensive there. Buy an American made vehicle and save thousands!

The service person was very helpful and kept me notified

The service person was very helpful and kept me notified of my car’s process. Plus he let me know other items on my vehicle that needed to be addressed. Good experience!!

Recently took my 2017 Audi A4 AllRoad into Audi of

Recently took my 2017 Audi A4 AllRoad into Audi of Anchorage to address an indicator light on the dash. Unfortunately the news wasn’t great and I need to replace the turbo. In spite of the bad news, I am deeply appreciative of the way the dealership handled everything. They were understanding, no hard pressure tactics and took the time to explain to me my options and what I could expect from the vehicle until I can get it repaired. I came away, feeling that I had a trustworthy relationship with the dealership and that I was getting an honest and fair answer from them. This is just as important if not more important than the actual repairs.

I brought my Audi Q5 in for its 40k mile service and

I brought my Audi Q5 in for its 40k mile service and there was a hiccup in ordering a needed part. Spencer in the service department took care of the issue and went beyond what was expected. Stuff happens, businesses can't always get it right, but good customer service will do what's needed to make it right. That is exactly what Spencer did.

Service is great, my account rep Spencer and his team are

Service is great, my account rep Spencer and his team are awesome. Swickard audi porche need to take some lessons from BMW of Anchorage. My wifes car while out of warranty as my audi is they still allow her a loaner same as on day one. Management has never impressed me since becoming Swickard. Thank God there service department has continued to improve and offer stellar service.

The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had amenities that made the short wait pleasant. My vehicle was ready faster than expected, and they even completed a complimentary inspection with a clean report. It’s clear the team here values both the vehicle and the customer. I’ll continue bringing my car here for all future maintenance needs.
