Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for purchase of new vehicle and service work. I live about 1 hour away from this dealer but choose to return there with my truck I purchased from them.

The appointment easy to get, check in experience top notch, and the services completed in a reasonable time. The service desk and payment window personnel were all very personable. The waiting room was nicely appointed with ample lighting and electrical connections for working.

What happened to good honest people to selling vehicles to people i didn't have the car bought 12 hours from them i noticed that one of tires had belt showing and when i went to ask how it passed inspection the parts manager was a jerk to me and rude will never go there again and wouldn't suggest anybody else do either

The entire experience was fantastic.
The entire experience was fantastic. My sales person, Channing, was extremely helpful and efficient. The best part was that the dealership gave me time to make my choice in vehicle without pressure. The price I was quoted beat any other dealer price I received in Fayetteville where i live. The one hour drive to Whiteville was well worth the savings that I received.

I don't see how this place can actually call themselves a dealership. Their better days are past and they need to hang it up instead of exploiting unsuspecting customers in order to stay afloat.

Someone in that service department lies!
Someone in that service department lies!! Roll ALL the tapes. He reported me as a screaming customer. I came in happy as a lark to be able to get things done. It was not until the service 'manager' tried to defend a sorry, non-GM qualified job, that I escalated right along with him. So here's the real story. And BTW, the LAST picture is the way it was SUPPOSED to be done according Chevrolet,'s parts online. Chevrolet photo of the exact part and installation online on the website ....so here's the review It's enough when the mechanic has done the wrong thing, without the substitute manager defending him. My advice to any of you out there who have to deal with them just call general motors directly I've already started a case on them and so it'll just pile up until they're eventually put out of business as they should be. You would think that a place that you purchased the vehicle and you have a $653 payment a month would do you write when you come from out of town just to get them to work on it. I don't even know who's running that dealership anymore because it looks like it's all phantoms. It's pretty bad when the people in the waiting room topic is how bad the dealership is but they had to go there or they wouldn't program a key or do whatever but mine was much worse than that. In fact mine's a hazard. Instead of mounting the trailer brake control in the empty panel where he was supposed to he put it on the left side under the steering wheel where I cannot even monitor the color Will that the little instruction booklet says you're supposed to monitor while you're driving. I can't even see it, he mounted it right under the thick part of the steering wheel. So you have a "mechanic" working for you that did the wrong thing, OWN IT, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO ENGAGE THE CUSTOMER IN A DEBATE ON THIS AND THAT AND THE OTHER! If they treat somebody who is a member of family first, whose dad worked for general motors, and who bought a brand new car from them not even a year ago like that. Don't think they'll spare you. And somebody ought to clue them in that when the customer has paid for an oil change and tire rotation service....that the indicator lights should not still be on. Something is really fishy with this skeleton crew and substitute manager who says he's the highest one in charge there at the whole dealership. $500 for messing my truck up up, they must really be in hard times if they won't even stand good for fixing what they did wrong especially when you catch it right there before you leave the parking lot and your MO is just to be safe..... I even think they were discriminatory because I had a dent in the front, went in there with my truck dirty. But what they didn't know was I'm actually in process of getting estimates to fix as well so I can sell it and that's what's also so upsetting about it is because when you have a wire sticking out where they drilled a hole in your dash panel instead of putting it in the prepped panel for it to be, it will no doubt bring less. So they can get as many people to write wonderful reviews as they want but: Buyer beware , Seller beware ,and Customer in need of repair beware, As long as there's no legit manager there!
