This business doesn’t value integrity, honesty, or

This business doesn’t value integrity, honesty, or standing behind their performance. After 6 months of looking for a vehicle, I spent a week working with Jorge, Lario, and Charles to purchase a 2021 Suburban. I didn’t barter over the price, I jumped through all the hoops to get set up with the in house financing they required, and upon receiving the Suburban, I climbed under it and noticed a transmission fluid leak. The only logical place for the leak to be coming from was the front pump seal in the transmission. The front pump is built into the front cover assembly behind the torque converter. This is a fairly common issue on these 10 speed transmissions. I asked Lario to have the service department at Yoder investigate the leak and told them I would still love to buy this vehicle once the leak was addressed. Lario spoke to Jorge his manager and we shook hands planning on finishing the deal once they reached back out with a solution on the leak. The next day I heard nothing so I reached out. Lario informed me he was off work and would look into having the vehicle inspected the next day. The following day around 10:00 am I received a message from Lario that the vehicle hadn’t been inspected yet but he would get it in line to be inspected. I responded that I appreciated that and would like to try and make the deal happen before they closed for the weekend (within the next 48 hours). At about 3:00 pm I received another message from Lario stating that one of the other salespeople had sold the vehicle to another customer previously that morning. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I called Lario two more times and he never would answer, I called Charles and never got an answer from him. Finally I called the Yoder Cheverolet phone number listed on google and talked to John who was able to direct me back to the manager Jorge, who discussed this issue. Jorge defended the dealership and them selling the vehicle out from under me. He stated this was my fault because I never signed a document (I was never given) stating I wanted the Suburban. I asked Charles and Lario multiple times if I needed to put money down to hold the vehicle or sign a document and was told “no, we are already far enough into this, we won’t sell the vehicle.” Jorge also told me the dealer had already inspected the vehicle on Lario’s day off and said the leak was just residual fluid from a prior repair made. Personally, I think they just found another customer who wasn’t gonna look under the vehicle and just assume they are a quality business. I went to Yoder Cheverolet because I thought they would be a large enough dealership that would exhibit integrity, trustworthiness, and good customer service. I thought they would be willing to stand behind the vehicles they were selling. Apparently not, a handshake doesn’t mean anything to these guys, and if Jorge, Lario, or Charles is assigned to help you, I would turn around and go take your business somewhere that wants to earn your business. I had a horrible experience with Yoder Cheverolet, and the cherry on top is now I have $1000 worth of Weathertech floor-mats that I purchased for my Suburban and have to pay return shipping on them because Yoder Cheverolet sold it out from under me. They wasted plenty of my time and money, and don’t care because at the end of the day they still sold the Suburban. Great way to run your business.

I found a solid price on my 2500hd Silverado that my local dealers could not match. After contacting Gerardo he worked hard with Caleb and Charles to get me set up with a fair price. One of the first times I felt I was getting the right deal on a new vehicle. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. To get the running boards installed they came and got the truck and installed them. Truck was actually detailed a few times during the process and the lot techs Mikey and Joel did a great job! Thanks!

Small dealership but great guys to work with!

Small dealership but great guys to work with! We wanted a car and the payments were coming out to high but they kept going and going and brought it down to where we were looking. Great staff!! While we were looking at the car Justin (can’t remember his last name) for the used cars noticed a broken piece on the soft top clasp and told us to go to Ford and they would pay to have it fixed!
