I’m so disappointed at my experience today at the

I’m so disappointed at my experience today at the dealership . Purchased a vehicle a week ago and I brought back today to get some touch up paint done that was promised to me and written on my deal. Fridays was the scheduled day for their mobile paint tech or whoever they contracted with . Came in at 9 am to drop off vehicle to Mike the Sales manager who was great when we put the deal together. I planned my whole day for this by dropping car off to him at 9am and took uber to work .I left work at 2pm and took an uber back to dealership around 2:30 pm and Mike told me that they are working on my vehicle so I told him I’ll just wait at customers lounge .After an hour and a half I went out to see how the touch up was doing and my car wasn’t even touch and the mobile paint tech was in the middle of the car lot working on other vehicles ??? So I demanded my keys back since it was already 4pm .Another manager came out since they saw that I was pretty upset tried to calm me down and went out and got my keys and brought my car back and said that they are now mixing the paint and they are still in the middle of the car lot !They refused to do the work that was promised to me and I felt discriminated and lied too right in my face ! I will be filing a complaint !

Probably the worst car buying experience of my life!

Probably the worst car buying experience of my life!!! Lies, Lies,Lies!!!! 2 deals wrong numbers, wrong vehicles both times, online pictures don’t match cars, and continuous lying from salesman, and others in the dealership been going to the showroom since it was family Chrysler jeep Dodge, and it has declined immensely I had one person in there. Tell me I was crying poor that’s why they were trying to sell me the car they were trying to sell me absolutely unprofessional would never recommend to my worst enemy.
