When buying my 2019 Cherokee, I looked at multiple dealerships. After being unimpressed with the customer service at other dealerships, I went to Family where Justin treated me with the upmost respect. Justin is knowledgable, polite, and made the car buying experience a dream. When I traded my 2019 in for a 2020 a year and a half later, Justin was not only just as helpful, but advocated for my best interests and made sure that I was treated with respect by others. I'll continue to return and buy from Justin for the foreseeable future (even if he switched dealerships!)

Justin Raines was amazing he was very helpful and informative. He treated me like family. I told him what i was looking for and he found it for me at a great price I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for a upgrade. Overall everyone was nice and welcoming.

Second Jeep purchase from Family.
Justin, Dave and the rest of the staff made it clear they wanted to get me in the Jeep I liked at a fair price, without any surprises. They were more than attentive, plan spoken, not pushy and fast, about two hours in and out. It is obvious that the "Family" culture has been adopted from the owner, who shook my hand and thanked me, and everyone else I had contact with. They are genuine. I proudly recommend Family Jeep and Justin Raines.

Cracked Windshield while in Dealer Possession
I took my car in for a recall related to the "Death Wobble" on Jeep Wranglers. The dealership had my car from Saturday to Monday. I was called on Monday to pick up my car and that everything was good. I settled out w/ the cashier and proceeded to my car. I got into my car and noticed that there was a vertical crack from top to bottom in my front windshield which was not there when I dropped it off. I find it interesting that no one said anything to me prior to me getting in the car? I spoke to Lou the service mgr and he told me that I signed off on a release that the dealership was not responsible for damage to my car. My service rep then came out w/ the tech's paperwork and said "oh sorry I overlooked this, there is a note here that you have a cracked windshield". After many minutes of back and forth and insisting to speak to Lou's boss, I finally was introduced to Greg, a higher up. I have video to prove that there was no crack in my windshield upon turning it over to the dealership and showed it to Greg. There was no crack in my windshield at the time of video taping which was on Essington Ave while I was driving to the dealership. I took a video to show the dealership the "death wobble", little did I know I was defending a cracked windshield 2 days later. Greg refused to fix the cracked windshield despite my video to prove that there was not a crack upon delivery. Greg refused to take responsibility for the crack and do what is right. This dealership has just lost my business and I will never go back there again and I will make sure that my Jeep friends, regular friends, co-workers and family know of my experience.

Great experience buying my first car!!
I recently bought my first car and Tim was my dealer. He was amazing!! I was not sure exactly what I wanted and Tim helped me pick out my dream car without feeling pressured or pushed. He has a great calm and helpful personality. I feel I made the best decision for myself and will absolutely be back to Family Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Dealership in the future. I highly recommend Tim!!

Best experience buying a vehicle.
I just recently brought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee this past saturday, and please allow me to tell you about my experience. Going in I had no idea if I would get approved or not. I was greeted by a sales person by the name Marian. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. I gave him a vision of what I was looking for and he exceeded in every way possible. He took the time to make sure I knew every detail about the Jeep I was looking into. He made this process very stress-free for me. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. I am glad that when I went to visit Jeep dealership on Essington Ave that he was the one who waited on me and most important I am glad to now be apart of the Family Chrysler Dodge Jeep Family. Thank you again Marian and the sales managers that helped and assisted in every way possible and making me feel like family.

Worst Service Department Ever
This is the worst service I have ever received. I would give 0 stars if I could. They held my car hostage exactly a month and refused to give a loaner car or compensate for even a portion of the rental car fee. The service manager was fired one week into my car's service and the new service manager promised to be better but was even worse. He never returned emails or phone calls. It is impossible to communicate with the service department without physically driving down there. They have no idea how to even deal with a warranty company. They charged an exorbitant amount of money that we had no choice to pay because they took the entire transmission apart. They were rude when reachable, said nasty things about my husband and were not at all empathetic about our time and money that they completely wasted. No one gave us their real name or contact info, they were essentially faceless and unreachable. Not only would I not recommend them, I am actively telling everyone I know to never use them. Go to the Cherry Hill dealership and save time and aggravation.
