I was going to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon today

I was going to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon today from this dealership. I noticed the advertised Rubicon on their website yesterday. I called the dealership and spoke to Kat in sales. I inquired about a pink Rubicon on their website that was listed for $38,408. Kat informed me this was the only Rubicon they have for this price and it was this particular color only. I told Kat that my wife loved it and was having car problems. I told her we were about to head to the dealership to purchase it and ended our conversation. A little bit after I received a call from Josh in sales stating, "They messed up and just to let you know they won't sell me the Rubicon for the advertised price and he didn't want me to come to the dealership and be mad." I texted him after the call ended and asked that the Manager call me because they should be held liable to sell the vehicle for the advertised price and this is false advertising. A few minutes later Scott, the General Manager called me stating that, "This has happened before, and he was not going to work a deal with me and wouldn't honor the advertised price." The amount of deception from sales Kat, Josh and Scott the GM is unreal. The price is still advertised on their website for $38,408. They obviously bait and switch customers frequently. I will be reporting this dealership!
