Buying a car is usually less then enjoyable. Bart's was just the opposite. While they send someone out quickly, like all dealers, there was a pressure free atmosphere. Craig made the process very smooth and easy. He was wonderful to work with. This was my son't first major purchase and he was very impressed with how it went. I plan to visiting Bart's again and recommending them to all my friends and family.

I went in and was just going to get some pricing on a vehicle I ended up driving the vehicle home never thought in my whole entire life that I would be able to have such a nice car I really appreciate all the guys that work there they were very helpful and my sales rep was very very good he did everything in his power to make sure I drove home in a vehicle that day

I have always been impressed with the looks of the vehicles on the lot but was not in the market for a car. But now came the time and we were looking for a vehicles and had gone to a couple other places and was not impressed at all with the other lots. They had very little information on the vehicles they seemed more interested in getting our information than helping us look for a car. When we drove on the lot at Bart's the salesman came out to meet us and brought all the keys out so we could get a better look at the vehicles. After test driving our top three picks and in one hour we drove off the lot with our top pick. Couldn't be more pleased.

So many things wrong with the vehicle! I knew when I bought it the right side mirror control did not work and the reverse camera did not work. I tried to get Bart's to fix them but they would not. They said to take it to Hadsell's Tire and they could fix them at Bart's labor rate. Too expense to fix. The side mirror $400 and the radio in the car needed replaced to fix the reverse camera. $700! After I had bought the vehicle, I found more things wrong. The navigator did not work. (Due to radio problem.) The right rear valve stem on the tire is broken, the engine burns 1 quart of oil every 2000 miles, the check engine light came on and had to spend $180 to fix it, the rear automate door opener and closer doesn't work, and the remote entry key stopped working. Another $180 for a new one! All these problems in the first week of purchasing the car!
