We went to and were contacted by this Authorized dealership via the Costco Auto Program. Salesperson and manager acted as if they were unaware of the program Then we asked to have dealer print the Costco Member Only Price Sheet, Salesman indicated that mfr rebates not to be combined with Costco program. We pointed out, as indicated in BOLD, that we are entitled to applicable mfr rebates and incentives and special financing, and dealer installed items or addendums are included. Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. Salesman and manager kept trying to exclude rebates, and would not itemize rebates on paperwork. Finally, after purchasing vehicle, salesman was not able to help me in the personalization/set up of car. When I asked how to check oil %, he was looking on his phone for help. When asked about memory seating, he recommended that I set it up each time between drivers 1 and 2. When I went home it was still in Demonstration Mode. I called OnStar next day for help. We would not have continued with this dealership, if not for the Costco Auto Program.

I was definitely happy with my service.

I was definitely happy with my service. They did a great job with my vehicle. I was given a loaner while they completed my service on my vehicle.

People are great, actual service on my EV is horrible.

People are great, actual service on my EV is horrible. The vehicle issues never seem to be corrected, especially if the vehicle isn't exhibiting issues when the tech checks it. No vetting or deep dives on issues, if it isn't immediately broke, it doesn't get fixed. That is a problematic path for the EV platform.

My overall experience was not a good one.

My overall experience was not a good one. I came in because I saw a special on the website. There was a special for the 2025 Terrain for $299. I sit down with my fiancé and keep in mind the salesman is taking to my fiancé the whole time even though I’m the one buying the vehicle. We told him about the special and he said yes of course let’s get you to test drive it. He drives us down to another lot and I take it for a spin. I loved it! On the way back to the original dealership the salesman asked if we wanted to see something cool the Hummer EV(he drove us down to the other lot in the Hummer EV). We said sure. He waited for traffic to clear and did a complete 360 in the middle of the road with a police officer right behind us. Then proceeded to speed off from 1-60 in 3 seconds. We came back and decided to go over numbers. They come back and said it would be close to 600 a month. My fiancé asked why we didn’t qualify for the special. He was unaware that there was a special (apparently).They come back and said it was a typo and the special was actually for the 2024 Terrain. They then said they could put me in a 2024 Terrain and I wasn’t happy with that option. They then tried to do a so called “aggressive offer” on the 2025 terrain and lowered it by about $40 a month. So just beware that they falsely advertised for the 2025 GMC Terrain. They wasted my time and put my safety at risk.
