Sent an email to the dealership and though I did recieve

Sent an email to the dealership and though I did recieve a response, it was only an automated message. Then I sent more info for the car I wanted plus the info on my car for trade in. I then received an email asking if I was still interested. They had never responded to the 3 emails I had sent prior or since. I have also called and no answer. I like close to 3 hours away so I needed things to pan out before having to go up there in person for the vehicle.
