Lake Norman Dodge has been my dealership for the last 8 years, I have purchased 3 cars from them and I drive an hour one way to do anything on my cars because of the customer service

Other than being incorrectly told I had to wait to bring

Other than being incorrectly told I had to wait to bring my JEEP in until my assistant was working and could not schedule with anyone else, which made me wait an extra week, everything was good. Ty and Eric were great, it was the scheduler that was not polite and gave wrong information continually.
