🚨 SCAM ALERT – Avoid this Kia dealership at all costs! 🚨 I bought a car here back in 2022 and the process was smooth, fast, and professional – so much so that I drove nearly two hours from Tampa because it felt worth it. Unfortunately, fast forward to September 2025, and this dealership has turned into nothing more than a predatory scam factory. They reached out to me promising they’d pay off my car, lower my interest rate, and reduce my monthly payment. Sounds great, right? WRONG. I have perfect credit, yet somehow they came back with a payment of $802/month on a $33,000 car. Do the math: $802 x 72 months = $57,744. That’s not just bad math – that’s straight up robbery. I dealt with Jack Marshall, who might as well change his name to Jack the Scam Artist. He tried convincing me this was some sort of “great deal.” When I pushed back, he offered me $572/month for 84 months – that’s SEVEN YEARS of payments on a $33k car. Absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, they sent in Jeremiah “Trusty.” Let me be clear: there was nothing trustworthy about him. He actually told me it was a good deal because he financed his Telluride for 84 months himself. That’s not “reassurance,” that’s proof this dealership preys on people and normalizes financial traps. They wasted my time, tried to wear me down with hours of back-and-forth nonsense, and thought I’d be gullible enough to fall for their fraudulent tactics. I can only imagine how many less-informed buyers they’ve scammed with these games. Bottom line: this dealership is not here to help you, they’re here to squeeze every penny they can from you, no matter how shady or dishonest the tactics. Do yourself a favor – take your business somewhere else. Don’t fall for their smooth talk, fake deals, or endless waiting game. 💥 Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

I spoke with Zach over the phone to discuss what I was

I spoke with Zach over the phone to discuss what I was looking for. He called me back later and said his manager Alex told him they can do the deal with what I was looking for in a vehicle and payment. Requested 3 different times to get this in writing no response. I had a scheduled appointment with Zach so I followed through with my commitment. I got there told Zach I never received in writing the payment, waited for Alex to come out, he never did. Zach had his sales leader come out to speak with me, he stated he can't get the payment I was told . I will not go back to that dealership ever. This is not how you treat people. Have a bit of RESPECT. Zach was not at fault with this since he was passing on the information. Zach I hope you do not turn into someone like this Alex person.

very disappointed with this dealer in the selling

very disappointed with this dealer in the selling department and Finance they include thousands in "warranties" not really needed and "non-cancelable" just for increase the sell value letting the customer with a bigger debt than needed on the Bank. It is very bad for the costumer if you don't pay attention what are you signing

My sales guy P.

My sales guy P.J was awesome. Second vehicle I bought from him and this dealership. I told them up front what I was thinking and where I needed to be on figures. The deal was DONE before I even went back after dropping my trade vehicle off. No back and fourth, no games. The overnight test drive is also another reason I like to do business here. Very accomadating!
