The service manager Adam took the time to look at my issue and resolve it whereas the service advisor Marc never bothered to look at the issue and just told me that they couldn't / wouldn't look after it. He need to be more proactive and leave his desk and actually see the issue so that he can intelligently talk about it rather than just dismiss me.

The service was done as expected in a timely manner. Ride to and from in courtesy car was also good
