SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY AWAY. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL SELL YOU GARBAGE. I purchased a 2012 VW GTI at this dealership in Sep 2023. Car was sold to me by salesman GENE. By November 20th, 2023 the car began to display the following on the dash: CHECK COOLANT, AIRBAG ERROR and SERVICE NOW. And faulty drivers side door. I contacted EASY AUTO PA, and was instructed to take it to a shop of my choosing, and seek to have the warranty cover the repairs/service. WARNING: they want you to get the warranty because they know the crap they are selling! Fast forward to 2/7/25 car is waiting on its fourth engine and is currently at the shop. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Lev (who I think is the owner) even offered to give me a reimbursement check for all my troubles (for a small amount) and I never received it. False promises, crappy business. STAY AWAY.

Don’t walk away- run. Should have read the reviews- this place in an absolute joke. Bait and switch pricing- they list a price here, but when you go to their site, every car is $2k more plus extra fees. When I challenged the “manager” on the pricing, he got all bent out of shape. This is exactly the type of place that gives used car dealers a bad name. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these clowns.

I went to purchase an automobile.
I went to purchase an automobile. Was told, I would need a co-signer. I provided them with two options. They selected one and told me to go get her, which I did. The whole time we are both sitting there they are having both of us sign paperwork. It appeared I needed to remind them repeatedly, she was the co-signer, the car belonged to me. They would apologize and have me complete paperwork. When the note was due, they withdrew funds from the co-signers account. When this happened, we had no idea who withdrew the funds as no one EVER gave permission for that to happen. The bank was notified of fraudulent transaction as again, we had no idea who was withdrawing funds. Once we determined it was for the car, I notified the bank and told them they had incorrect banking information and I wanted to pay the note and provide correct banking information. I was informed, I could not do that, I would need to contact Easy Auto. I personally went to EA in an attempt to pay and change banking information. I spoke with Alex who sold me the car, who informed me I would need to contact the bank. I told him they referred me back to the dealer and he said, have your daughter call, (co-signer). We both called and was given a hard way to go by the bank who referred us back to EA. I FINALLY spoke with the finance person, a woman, who I said to her (multiple times), I have never worked so hard trying to give someone money I don't have because I would have to make multiple calls to make payments towards my down payment. At that time, she took my last down payment of $350.00. I said I had another issue with the bank needing correct banking information, however, I needed to call her back as I was at work. Of course, that was a futile effort as she is so hard to get a hold of. The next day, Easy Auto is repossessing my car. The gentleman I spoke with tells me there is no car in your name. The car is in your daughters name. We have no paperwork with your name on it! I was livid! You knew my name and who to call to make payments for the down payment and now you don't know who I am? Not to mention, had no problem taking my $350 and said NOTHING of their plans to repo a car that Lest I forget to mention, I do have paperwork with my name on it! I made multiple attempts to try and pay for auto and asked for the dealership's assistance in making that happen as they were the only ones who could, according to the bank. Easy Auto continued to give me the run around and then repossessed car. This sounds like a con from the start. Sell car, create a fictitious sale, accept $2700.oo, set up incorrect banking information, (I believe was intentional) do nothing to correct the wrong information, and the finale is to reposes the car! How can you call yourselves reputable? To put the icing on the cake,, I just received a letter from the insurance company telling me I need to contact the dealer because, and I quote, "it has come to our attention that the contract was never funded by your selling dealer. Due to nonpayment, your contract was never made valid. See dealer for refund. That cost me $500. I have attempted to reach their corporate office, no response. This is bordering on criminal. Everything stated here can be validated. Ignoring me is not going to make me go away, it merely fuels my rage and pushes me to move forward making sure people are aware of your criminal business practices. Shame on you Easy Auto. I have been working on getting a car for weeks now, honestly I was going to throw in the towel, I was beyond frustrated with the process in it's entirety. I had gone to as is dealer, the car had warning lights as soon as it started. I tried a "Home delivery" website (I won't mention it here) and after days of putting me through the ringer the denied the sale hours before delivery. I even went to a name brand car dealer but the were high presser and instead of working with the budget I wanted they were pushing a new car, which would have raised my insurance and cost far more than I wanted. Finally I went to easyauto, let me tell you, they're not kidding. Alex was outstanding! He endured my stubborn, picky and pain in the pants ways, not only did I get my mini but his customer service was excellent. He was friendly, and worked with my budget on what I wanted to pay and what wanted as a car. He did ask if I would be interested in something other than a Mini, and I told him if it came to it I'd let him try 😉 By the end of the paperwork I got to pick from 2 different minis. The car I bought has a 30 day warranty, they offer a extended warrenty and gap insurance as well. Alex was professional, an excellent read on people. He worked with me and my budget, and honestly I'm sorry I wasted my time anywhere else. I recommend any one who wants a used car, to check out easyauto, the cars were high quality, well maintained and everyone in there was friendly and welcoming. If you go there tell them Kelly said hi and I'm loving my new ride!

Risk of lemons car
They will put you a car but there car are shine and clean on outside but when you call lwt them know about problems with car you gotten no one calls back. As a pastor and hotel manager do not buy a car here without knowing there is a risk involved. The Pa Attorney General Office has been contact.

The worst car lot ever!
The absolute worst! There is no customer service. When you walk on the lot no one acknowledges you. They are very rude. The prices are higher than what is actually advertised. The reviews on their website were clearly paid reviews.
