This review is based on my experience with Brian aka Coach. I called to set up service for recalls for my Lincoln Aviator. Brian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done. He offered to have someone pick up my car and return when service was complete. I have rarely come in contact with someone who is as helpful and provides service as well as he did.

Instrument cluster turns off/black while driving when a

Instrument cluster turns off/black while driving when a call comes through as you can see from the video below. I would think that the drivers dash screen going out would of caused more of a concern for Ford but it's obvious they're not concerned with the costumers safety. The "update" did not repair the issue, we had to drive it around for another week until our next scheduled appointment with them. The 2nd visit was them performing another "update" to the module and it was fixed and ready to go... There was another issued update for this or did we just do the same update as the week before? This last time they finally gave us a loaner truck so they had the truck there to trouble shoot what might be causing the safety issue. Can you guess what they did to fix it this time? An Update.. 3 different updates were issued by ford for this repair? Ford Engineer came out to look into this issue and after another update was performed on it it still does it when a call comes through. Our service receptionist "Dan" informed us that because it didn't happen when his phone was connected that our phone must be the problem and handed us the keys. So all the time and money spent to drive back an forth to drop the truck just to be told it's fixed by another update again.. and screens black when were sitting right in the parking lot of Art Ford. Receptionist Dan was more concerned about the loaner vehicle not being completely filled up with gas but as you can see in the last picture we can't even see how much gas we have in our truck.. Anyone else think this Vehicle is safe to drive?

Didn't even go look, the vehicle had serious issues with the mileage they reported and I never got a straight answer from them about the actual mileage, the mileage on the CarFax, and the miles they were advertising it showed. Glad I skipped this! Always check the vehicle reports and pay for the CarFax or another service then have a 3rd party check a used vehicle before buying... scan for any codes too.

Poor communication and long delays in responding resulted

Poor communication and long delays in responding resulted in someone else buying the vehicle I was negotiating for. If they had gotten back to me in less than a day I would have purchased a vehicle I wanted. Won't shop at this dealer again.
