It was one of the better experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I walked in knowing what I wanted so that may have helped a bit, but when the salesman i approached knew i was pretty serious he jumped into action. The whole trade in evaluation went quick, the price offered was right on, the sales manager worked the numbers for the two Trucks I was looking at and the different payments and loan durations, monthly payment was my target, sales Manger, terry, even took the time to find one more discount I qualified for. Then came time to sit with Jennifer, she was a pleasure to work with and knew I was not a newbie, I typically do not buy extended warranties, but she worked some magic and was able to get the warranty where I needed and the payments to fit my range. I was open to it this time,because of the complexities of the truck and I feel I got screwed by the last truck builder. So my hats off to Jennifer, Terry and the crew. I am very proud to have this GMC in my driveway. Thank you. Oh and the parts staff were great, I bought some accessories and they called me the minute they showed up and even carried them out to the truck for me. Not a lot of parts dept people do that in my experience.

Our experience was excellent, and we've purchased many new cars. Ryan and his mentor Andrew were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone was friendly, introducing themselves as they walked by. Prices were posted on their website with great discounts. No tricks or running back and forth to the sales manager. Everything was transparent. Plus, you get a million-mile drivetrain warranty. We highly recommend them. My wife bought a black-on-black Acadia Denali.

I purchased a used truck from Pierre. Andrew and the Sales Manager helped me to work out a deal that was fair and accomplished over the internet. This worked very well for me because I was coming from about 80 miles away. When I arrived with my trade to test drive the new truck I was purchasing everything was as promised.
