The sales side of the building are the most scandalous

The sales side of the building are the most scandalous disgusting and even blatant liars.To make a sale The maintenance side, they do everything they can to make up for the disgusting entities that will f you over just to get you to give them money. Also, very poor communication skills will never do business with them again. And will do my best to make the world know. Envision dealerships are your enemy.

He was going to let us drive all the way from Santa Rosa

He was going to let us drive all the way from Santa Rosa and not tell us he sold the car we wanted. Within 20 minutes. Horrible service.

Great place great vibes!

Great place great vibes! Our salesman EJ helped us pick the perfect car and Julian the sales manager was able to help make it fit in our budget. Will definitely be doing business here again!

I went in with the intention of trading in my current car for a Mercedes SUV. While I wasn't sure which model to choose, I ended up falling in love with the GLE. My salesman, Wil, was incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire process.

This dealership sold me a 2024 GLS 450 with multiple

This dealership sold me a 2024 GLS 450 with multiple issues. Two chunks of rubber missing from the sidewall that had to be immediately replaced. Multiple malfunctions inside cabin with seats. Discovered all these issues within 24hrs after purchase and of course they refused to replace the tires.

Sold me a GLS 450 with 2 chunks of rubber missing from

Sold me a GLS 450 with 2 chunks of rubber missing from the sidewall. I unfortunately didn't catch this before allowing my wife to drive off the lot with my 2 kids! They refused to replace the tire. The car also has several malfunctions with seats and needs be taken in. This is all in less than 24hrs after purchase.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a dealership and the most corrupt interaction in my life. First and foremost I was working with a individual named Joseph, I’m not a all in a hurry to get another but I wanted to crunch numbers and I liked a car I seen here so I drove 45 mins. I arrived with a pre-approval letter from my bank and stated before arriving that I had an approval for the amount needed and therefore I DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN! Joseph stated mutliple times they were not going to run my credit. I asked him specifically, why are you putting my information on a credit application if you’re not running my credit. He then states I assure you we will not run your credit and we work on a “cuddle buddy” system, whatever that means. I literally asked this at least 7 times to be as clear as possible. Then he proceeds to say “We cant even run your credit unless we have your signature and you are telling me not to run your credit”. I did not fill out anything and I did not sign anything. He goes to the next room and next thing you know I’m receiving multiple emails and notifications from credit karma and Experian showing SEVERAL HARD INQUIRES on my credit. Then he comes back in and I immediately ask him did you run my credit. Of course he says no then says let me go ask my sales manager. I get up and follow because I want to talk to the sales manager. The corrupt sales manager I spoke to is RAMZI SALTO. He also acted clueless initially before I stated all the banks they ran my credit through, then he says sorry but you can just dispute it. They had no answer as to why they ILLEGALLY ran my credit with no signature or a prior authorization! This was a disgusting way to do business and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. If the sales manager feels comfortable doing this I can only imagine what everyone else is doing. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and also contacting a states lawyer to find out what else can be done legally.
