Outstanding
I live in Roseville, but choose to purchased and have my car service in Eldorado Hill’s instead of local’s,so that should have spoken a lot about this dealer. I’m planing to come back for an SUV in near future.

Engine Repair
I had a major engine problem with no warranty. Since the car had less than 60K miles on it, I felt that Mercedes should share the responsibility of fixing it. My agent worked with me as I contacted the Mercedes headquarters in New Jersey to work out a reasonable solution,

I did not remember how to activate a feature on my new car and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Daniel did not make me feel inadequate. He had me laughing. Bob visited with us to see how we were enjoying our new 2018 GLC 300 SUV. LOVE IT!!!

Terrible customer service from finance
They promised it would take 10 days to process my vehicle payoff to USAA for my trade in. It took one month. I ended up paying two more payments on my vehicle because of this which was 500 dollars out of my budget. Until I was paid back. I called into the office 4 times. No response. Called into the customer service number. They called over with me on the line, no answer. We left them 2 voicemails and an email to the GM, no call back, no answer. However they processed the second half of my down payment the next day... once they got my money they didn’t care one bit about taking care of me. Terribly disappointed, expected much much more from Mercedes. Will never recommend, or buy there again. Will recommend against them however.

Best service experience ever!
My overall experience with El Dorado Hills service group has bee excellent, better then any other experience with any other brand from coast to coast as we have move a bit. I've owned , BMWs, Audis, Jaguars, Ferraris, Corvettes and Vipers, and many others as well as Mercedes serviced at other dealerships. Daniel Clark goes above and beyond from the minute you call him to schedule an appointment to days later when he calls to check up and ensure all is well. The entire service experience is also outstanding from diving up and being received at the door, to someone letting Daniel know you have arrived, through to the end when I've walked to the reception folks to pay the bill and even to having the car promptly brought around.
