MY RECENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, AS I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM MBZ OF ELDORADO HILLS. I HAVE PURCHASED AND SERVICED TWO VEHICLES HERE, BECAUSE OF THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Always very responsive, making you feel like their top priority. MB definitely treats their customers right! I like the way they greet you as soon as you pull up. There is no waiting, no wondering if they are ready for you. It's refreshing.

My service advisor , Gayton was very honest and very informative. Gayton DeRosa gave me a very detailed review of the condition of my car and helped me make the good, informed decision.

I live in Roseville, but choose to purchased and have my car service in Eldorado Hill’s instead of local’s,so that should have spoken a lot about this dealer. I’m planing to come back for an SUV in near future.

I had a major engine problem with no warranty. Since the car had less than 60K miles on it, I felt that Mercedes should share the responsibility of fixing it. My agent worked with me as I contacted the Mercedes headquarters in New Jersey to work out a reasonable solution,

I did not remember how to activate a feature on my new car and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Daniel did not make me feel inadequate. He had me laughing. Bob visited with us to see how we were enjoying our new 2018 GLC 300 SUV. LOVE IT!!!

They promised it would take 10 days to process my vehicle payoff to USAA for my trade in. It took one month. I ended up paying two more payments on my vehicle because of this which was 500 dollars out of my budget. Until I was paid back. I called into the office 4 times. No response. Called into the customer service number. They called over with me on the line, no answer. We left them 2 voicemails and an email to the GM, no call back, no answer. However they processed the second half of my down payment the next day... once they got my money they didn’t care one bit about taking care of me. Terribly disappointed, expected much much more from Mercedes. Will never recommend, or buy there again. Will recommend against them however.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and I did not feel pressured to decide on a car. Once I made the decision on which model I wanted to lease, they found the perfect car for me. Even the process of signing all the required documents was seamless.

My overall experience with El Dorado Hills service group has bee excellent, better then any other experience with any other brand from coast to coast as we have move a bit. I've owned , BMWs, Audis, Jaguars, Ferraris, Corvettes and Vipers, and many others as well as Mercedes serviced at other dealerships. Daniel Clark goes above and beyond from the minute you call him to schedule an appointment to days later when he calls to check up and ensure all is well. The entire service experience is also outstanding from diving up and being received at the door, to someone letting Daniel know you have arrived, through to the end when I've walked to the reception folks to pay the bill and even to having the car promptly brought around.

Always treated like a Mercedes owner. Comfortable lounge, atmosphere and professional staff. Service agent knowledgeable and eager to help. This is the reason why I would purchase a new Mercedes Benz. Very satisfied customer, every time.
