Thorough details provided of the statement of work performed on the vehicle. Loaner car was clean from inside and outside . No waiting. Recommend to use this location. The buff and polish I had on my GLE 350 was the best I've ever had on a vehicle I've owned! Carlos also touched up a scratch on the door that we now can't see. Our service rep John Nishita also spent a lot of time explaining to us the special wax they do and also the clear bra which we're definitely going to do. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and helpful, we couldn't be happier.
