The service was very good, facility and staff were very nice. They found a tire that did not meet specifications and replaced it without question as part of my certified warranty. Always a pleasant trip to go there!

Valued customer
I recently had my car serviced at Mercedes Von Housen Motors on Arden Way in Sacramento. A week later I found a towel sticking out from underneath my motor. I took my car back to the dealership and they probably took the towel out. They didn't dismiss the issue as some of these things will happen. My service advisor was really upset that this happened to me and was very apologetic. I felt like a really valued customer!

Poor Experiance
Brand new 2016 Mercedes Metris shock snapped in half. Called for an appointment and was told I would receive a loaner because the new shock would not come in until three days later. Came for 8:00am appointment - was told there was no loaner available. Sean told me to bring the van back Monday. I did not feel comfortable driving a van without a rear shock. Lost a good bit of time and a great bit money.

Austin was a big help for my vehicles issues it's had. He was thorough on explaining, being a woman I instantly felt more at ease as he listened and he addressed every concern I had. He stayed in contact and updated me. Very reliable shop especially because their advisors are caring of their customers!
