Terrible Customer Service

At first Joel seemed like he was going to be very helpful, but then he was difficult to get a hold of when I expressed clear, great interest in the car I was looking at. You would think as a sales manager he would've wanted to close a deal. He reluctantly answered his phone finally and said it was his day off (I was not aware of that) and said we would discuss the next morning when he got in. Never got a call that morning, had to call him and it went straight to voicemail. Finally he calls back and tells me the car sold on his day off. Just very unprofessional the way he handled everything and especially after it was clearly obvious that I wanted that car. Please save yourself the trouble and do not do business with him.

Great experience thanks to Mr Perry

Call to get service at the cleveland lot was met with a terrible rude response by corporatr but Mr. Perry was able to turn my experience completely around by providing great customer service, professional and his thorough knowledge of cars. Didn't realize what vehicle i actually needed until being serviced by him

Review on my purchase

Marilyn she was amazing we were not able to take our vechieal home it needed repairs and she keep us posted on the repairs. If i have to purchase another vechieal i choose to go with Marilyn. Everyone who worked with us were fantastic.
