I took my vehicle in for a recall every was working

I took my vehicle in for a recall every was working smoothly. Once I left I got a call saying my car was leaking coolant. I was there 20 minutes before they open no way my car leaking anything. I got a person kto repair it, he said it was cut no way my part just snap like it was. So people please be careful going to them I strongly would not recommend them

My experience at Sons of Kia Eastern Boulevard was very

My experience at Sons of Kia Eastern Boulevard was very disappointing , and I would advise against using their services. Before bringing my vehicle in for recall repairs, it was running smoothly. The dealership, however, indicated that a new catalytic converter was required. Initially, after the repair, the vehicle seemed to be functioning properly, but after fueling up and driving on the interstate, the engine lights began flashing, and the vehicle's maximum speed was limited to 60 mph. Upon returning the vehicle to the dealership, I was informed that they were unable to repair the issue and requested various documents, including proof of registration, maintenance records, driver's license, and insurance. Subsequently, they determined that a new engine was necessary and required technical assistance. Unfortunately, they ultimately concluded that I did not qualify for engine replacement and charged me $170 for their services, which I believe were inadequate. Consequently, I will not consider purchasing another Kia vehicle in the future and I will definitely never do business with this establishment.!

I do not recommend Sons Kia of Montgomery Service

I do not recommend Sons Kia of Montgomery Service Department, I have had poor experiences on more than one visit, I had issues with the repairs that required return and I find some (not all) of the desk staff and management to be rude. (some staff are wonderful) The next closest KIA is 50 minutes away so it seems to me that Sons Service people don't feel they have to be pleasant to their customers. 1) it is totally worth the drive to Auburn for treatment like you are a valued customer 2) I will definitely not buy another KIA because of these bad experiences.

Justin Worthington is the manager over the services team.

Justin Worthington is the manager over the services team. Demarcus is one of the representatives that coordinates between the customer and service technician. After the service team kept my car for 6 weeks, I found mold on the floor board of my backseat. When I brought this to their attention within an hour of me picking my car up today, they refused to take a look or shampoo the mold out. They obviously left my car out in the sun in the middle of the summer with record high temperatures for weeks on end and now the paint is chipping on the dials/knobs inside my car. When I tried to address these issues with Justin and Demarcus, Justin told me to leave because he doesn’t know anything about any mold being in my car. A defensive response from a so-called supervisor. Demarcus also cancelled my other services in what is clearly out of spite because I raised the issue to his supervisor who isn’t much of a supervisor at all. This was all within a hour of me picking my car up after they had it for 6 weeks. Shame on Justin and Demarcus for how they treated me. Throughout the 6 weeks they had my car, Demarcus told one lie after another, giving me the run around, not taking my routine calls to check on my car, and even going so far as to falsely claim I made an ugly comment to one of their staffers which is totally not true and something he or Justin made up to try to avoid responsibility for the mold on the floor of my car. And they refuse to identify or produce the person I supposedly made an ugly comment to or to produce any phone or video recording of me ever being ugly to anyone at Kia. Furthermore, Demarcus must have forgotten that he told me earlier that the technician had operated my windows despite him now trying to claim that they never let my windows down during the entire service, and they don’t know what I am talking about. Temps have been nearing 100 degrees everyday and they never let my windows down? Hogwash! They replaced my engine and didn’t check to make sure everything was working properly, including the windows, before handing it back to me? Baloney! I have proof they left my windows down while it was in their care, and they allowed rainwater to get in my car, resulting in the mold that was found on my floor board. But they refuse to acknowledge that they are at fault and they refused to clean it. All they do is tell lies. For 6 weeks they have been telling lies. Be careful. If you can take your car to another dealership to be serviced, I would highly advise you do so.

The service department seems overworked, so they don't

The service department seems overworked, so they don't even answer their (service) phone some days, AND it takes a month to wait on a reservation to get repair work done. They had my car for almost a month last march (2023) for AC work (several (over three under five l) thousand dollars), with a year warranty. Now it's broken again so I have to drop my car off 3 weeks before my service appointment just so I don't loose POTENTIAL warranty coverage (I bet/fear they'll have a way to get around covering under warranty even tho I paid double to have kia fix it with new parts. Positive is that they gave me my used parts without a core charge so I can have it rebuilt if necessary. Thank you Willie (who I guess no longer there). Hey Sons Kia, please hire (pay?) more to your service so kia owners don't have to wait a month or go out of town for service.

BE CAREFUL IN THE FINANCE PART!

BE CAREFUL IN THE FINANCE PART!!! I recently bought a used Accord from Sons Kia. The negotiation process was smooth for my trade in and my the car price. Cuddos to Reagan Smith for making that part of the process being short sweet and to the point. Before going back to finalize the deal, I ran my own auto loan calculator with interest rates, fees and all that jazz. I get there and the proposed payment was $50/month higher than what I calculated. Without telling me, someone tried to add a “Service Plan” aka extended warranty and it was portrayed as the lowest payment option versus the all the add-on roadside assistance programs, gap insurance, etc. In the past, I had a bad experience with Sons Chevrolet in Columbus GA when they had sold the car I had shown interest in test driving in the afternoon earlier that morning. They even called me asking to verify if I was coming to test drive the car (it’s a 3 hr drive), even thought they had already sold the car… looks like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

was told that I would get a $150 referral, took a long

was told that I would get a $150 referral, took a long time to get said referral then I only got a check for $100, which was not the amount expressed to me. Why people don't trust salesmen and lawyers the underhanded lies they promise. If promised something get it in writing don't trust nothing that is said with a handshake.

I bought my Kia Sorrento from Sons Kia on Eastern

I bought my Kia Sorrento from Sons Kia on Eastern boulevard. Montgomery alabamand so far I've had nothing but problems. And when I call to straighten these problems out, no one picks up the phone. First of all, the Motor locked up on me and then they tell me. I needed a new starter. So I came out of my pocket with that And while my serento was being serviced on someone broke onto the Lot and stole my converter now there's something going on with my SUV where the battery keeps dying And I was told by auto zone that it is the batter still having problems. I've left messages without any luck. Whatsoever, my name is Fuezell Tucker and I was sold this lemon by Mr Posey who assured me that the car was inspected and given a full tool up , talking about feeling like an idiot they got me .

I NORMALLY DON'T REVIEW ANY SERVICES.

I NORMALLY DON'T REVIEW ANY SERVICES.... THIS WAS WORTHY. MY VEHILCE WAS BROUGHT IN FOR SERVICE AGAIN LAST FRIDAY. I'VE OWNED THIS VEHICLE NOW, FOR 1 YEAR. 2022 K5 WITH 12,400 MILES NOW. I'M A BUSY GUY... I'M A SERVICE MANAGER FOR THE LEXUS DEALERSHIP. I'VE HAD THE VEHICLE CHECK FOR A MINOR VIBRATION MILTIPLE TIMES. CHECK MY RECORDS.... THEY'VE BALANCED AND ROTATED THE TIRES. THAT DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. YES, I BROUGHT IT BACK BECAUSE I WAS NOT SATISFIED. STILL FEELING THE SAME VIBRATION FROM PURCHASE (NEW). I HAD MY VEHILCE'S ALIGNMNET DONE TODAY..... GUESS WHAT.. THE VIBRATION IS GONE. I'M NOT SURE OF WHAT THE PROPER STEPS THAT YOU GUYS TAKE TO VERIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS, BUT THIS WAS NOT THE WAY. NOW MY TIRES ARE WEARING PREMATURLY BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. I'M 100% UPSET BECAUSE IF WE WOULD HAVE DONE THE ALIGNMENT FROM THE START, WE WOULDN'T HAVE THIS ISSUE. I'M NOT EXPECTING A RESPONSE. THIS WILL JUST BE THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT I EXPECT FROM NOW ON. 1STAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT AN OPTION TO LEAVE NONE.
