I brought my car in to get an oil change on Saturday. They had my car done in a timely manner and everyone was friendly and very professional.

I took my Kia Sportage in for a safety recall. The service representative was very courteous and professional. The waiting area was attractive and comfortable. The service on my vehicle was completed in a reasonable amount of time. It was a pleasant experience.

We have been pleased with Brewbaker Kia since our first buying experience in 2016. We bought a new '16 Soul, and liked it so much, we bought a '20 Kia Soul. And enjoy it also, Still have the '16. The service is excellent and won't go anywhere else unless the pandemic causes us problems as it did last year.

Love the new techs, especially Shane, I know he came from a different department, but he is exceptionally helpful, caring and all around nice! He has taken care of me the past few times, and tells me things that would be helpful with my vehicle and he always makes sure I get the best deal. I have never had him tell me no either when I wanted to bring my vehicle in for maintenance.

Speedy and efficient service was given. They were very busy but managed to finish within the time that was given us. Warranty coverage was fully explained to us as well.
